Given the latest demand for globalization and internationalization of our biosphere, transversely border mobility of students around the globe has ensued. The inflow of international students to countries that offer quality education is immeasurable. Across the border, student mobility has seen an increase significantly. Thus, U.s and other developed countries have seen enrolment of international students into higher education expand considerably. The international students have contributed internationalization and diversity significantly in campuses, societies, and classroom. These students add perspectives which are different that enhance mutual appreciation and understanding that is found all over the place in the world (Jakeman, 2006).
Therefore, it is vital to encirclement these international students across the Campus. In XYZ University Campus, the college has also seen a massive influx of international students getting enrolled within its borders. Despite life in campus exhibiting lovely scenery and soft life on campus, level of having idle time and boredom has led them to feel out of place. They lack something essential to do while in XYZ University. The problem these international students have is that there isn't anything to do on campus since they have few classes to attend to. There is nothing to do that will make them feel occupied. Thus, an action plan program has to be instituted to solve this delinquent that face international students. This study is going to come up with an action plan that is successful create a program plan which will address the problem of idleness and boredom among international students of XYZ University.
"Idle mind is a devil's workshop" (Victoria 2009) is a saying that these XYZ University foreign students don't want to be applicable in their lives. Am entitled to come up with an action plan. I will find a suitable program that will be backed by all the stakeholders. The stakeholders of this action program plan include; international students, the school administration, officials of student club and the community. The action plan will center on arranging for school trips to New York City and Long Island. The program trip will entail subdividing these international students into groups. The main agenda of these long trips is to take them to these places and get them familiarized with the community and area the areas that surrounds them. At the same time, the trip will comprise of scavenger hunting.
Trips are essential to students since it helps them relax their minds and boost their freshness after a long day and week in lecture halls (Jakeman, 2006). Going to trips in New York City and Long Island to scavenger hunting comes with its merits. The values associated with these trips include;
These trips help the international students get familiarized with the surrounding environment. Once they start going out to New York City and Long Island, they will come to know these places better. They will explore the opportunities these sites offers. They will also explore attraction sites and other touristic places that surround these toured places. When students are within the campus compound, their level of interaction is minimized. At XYZ University compound, they have little time leisure and socialize amongst themselves. At school, they are reprimanded to extensive reading and research that boost academic success. Thus, this kind of trips offers them an opportunity to interact amongst themselves. Equally, they will learn to embrace culture difference that exist in them. If socialization and interaction can be enhanced across the different cultures, these students stands a better chance to learn, understand and accept other peoples culture.
When XYZ students attends these trips, they benefit from killing idle time and boredom that always looms within the course of the week. Students will love to tour these places thus canceling out their idle time, boredom and making their leisure time memorable. Finally, these social trips benefit the international students and the community in identifying their weaknesses and strengths when it comes to interacting and socializing. Through the identification of socializing and interacting, both students and communitys will have a known acceptance on how to determine better ways that will help in improving quality life of both of them.

The cost of arranging and implementing this action plan to be so high. The logistics involved in planning will involve a lot of cash in planning and implementation. Thus, there is a fear that the costs won't be met.
No alternative action plan is in place if the one created here fails to be implemented.
