I specifically chose interior design major due to several reasons; first I wanted to transform the lives of individuals or people who enjoy and live in a certain space as well as enhancing their quality of life through decorations and designs. Also, I aimed at improving the users experience through better managing the available space more so in the intervened environment. Thus, I have to confess that this dream cannot be achieved without taking my academic work seriously. On the other hand, the interior design profession attracted me due to several benefits, for instance, there is a high growing demand for interior designers worldwide hence, those with the required qualifications, creativity, experience stands a high chance of being recruited in the job market. The other reason why this profession attracts me is job satisfaction and creativity it lies with. Hence, by studying interior design major, I am capable of bringing in my creative vision to life and also delighting my clients in the process. Also, certain satisfactions come by knowing my efforts as well as permanently transforming an interior space into something more magnificent. The other benefit of studying interior major as my profession is due to its financial rewards; individuals who work for the established design cooperation may start with modest wages while those with the strongest reputations can earn decent money. However, through this kind of behavior, these benefits cannot be achieved accordingly. Also, throughout my studies my parents expect a lot from me, they expect that I take my assignments seriously, study hard, revise thoroughly, acquire creative skills which I can employ in real life situations, and also be competitive in life. Thus, due to these much expectations from my parents, I would one day want to help when I finally get a job by making them proud as well as chipping in whenever they experience financial hindrances. In a nutshell, the Auburn University profession is such crucial to me since it equips me with life skills, moral disciplines, creative skills, and also how to relate with different people.

During the semester, various disciplines require a detailed preparation due to the several courses I take. Most of the time, I always find it challenging to complete the homework given before noon, and thus, I require more time to finish the assignments in time to avoid being late with the work. Moreover, I am an international undergraduate student, and English is not my native language. Therefore, I would kindly request for more time to finish the assignment effectively. I'm willing to learn even if it requires me to spend more time to complete the assigned work; I'm still willing to do so.

During my research assignments, understanding the process of operating the software and using the software to complete the project is quite challenging as it requires me to find the specific useful video to complete the operation. Therefore, one assignment usually takes me ten to fifteen hours to complete; this is why I request for more time to complete my work rather than the assigned three to five hours. Also, since I am an international student I fail to acquire the assignment per week thus a limitation rule has been placed on my credits every semester, at least twelve credits per semester results to increment of the time limit set for the assigned homework. In addition to spending fifteen hours a week on the software, I also spend time on my paintings, essays, and some other school work. It's difficult staying up for an average of three to four nights per week doing my homework. Due to this reason, I was prompted to use fake notes since I understand the importance of the attendance rate of this class, and I didn't want to fail this course.

However, after some time, I started thinking deeply and understood the dangers of my inappropriate behaviors and how the actions are intolerable in the university. Even though the professor failed to realize my corrupt practices in time, I did a thorough self-evaluation and reflection, and I decided to stop the immoral acts and be ready to face the consequences to curb the continuity of my poor academic actions. The university has set stringent rules against forgeries, and the effects are severe. Nonetheless, I am ready to face them to avoid such kind of mistakes in the future. Therefore, through the incident, I would be regretful for having done the forgery, but I will also be lucky since I would have learned a lifetime lesson since the punishment will allow me to be awakened and be ready to face life professionally.Moreover, the incident's repercussions will be a significant turning point in my life as they will allow me to grow into a sincere person that is needed in society. Therefore, as I analyze 'the schools and the professor's policies' about forgeries, I express my heartfelt gratitude to the professor for helping me in stopping my unethical actions before they developed into much more dangerous and unstoppable tendencies. Also, I was able to identify the negative influence the incident had on me and other people around; it is a lousy demonstration to the other students around campus especially the freshmen who might think that forgeries are understandable and should be taken lightly. My opportunistic and irresponsible tendencies in the university and my collective, careless thoughts and behaviors are undoubtedly a significant contempt and impact on school discipline and self-ethical standards.

After identifying my offensive behavior, the professor called me into his office, where I was sat down and questioned accordingly. The professor asked a series of questions on what led to me carrying out forgeries of the work. After explaining this, I have issued 'the schools and the professor's policies' which indicates the measures that will be taken against me next time the same scenario occurs. The list stated that; forgery could lead to suspension from the school for one academic year or an equivalent of a thousand academic days. Also, forgery is acts that can lead to expulsion from the school, and the student cannot be reregistered in any other recognized institutions countrywide. Moreover, forgery of academic work can as well lead to the student being deregistered from the course and forced to redo it. Lastly, the act of forgery can be punishable in the court of law where the student can be charged more than $950 or a maximum of one-year jail term.

After identifying problems, which led me to carry out forgery work, the professor guided me appropriately on several activities to put in place to ensure that I properly utilize my time effectively. The professor advised registering for an English course to enable me to have ease in understanding the simple concepts which are shown in the video. Also, by registering for an English lesson, will help me a lot in polishing my communications with other students as well as enhancing my reading and listening skills. Additionally, on time management, he advised accordingly to have SMART goals which will enable me to be focused, determined, and committed to my assigned tasks. Also, setting priority on various activities enables me to have a proper sense of focus and value certain activities than the rest. Thus, this will assist me in managing my time since time is key to success.

To avoid repeating the same mistake in the near future, a lot of precautions and activities should be put in place so that I should not be a victim again. The first activity is to arrange so that I get registered for an English class. Registering for an English class will be beneficial to my profession since I will have an easy time analyzing the assignments (video analysis), communicating with other students and most importantly, reading and understanding the homework. Moreover, it's paramount that I improve a lot on my time management skills which I'm so poor on. I should have a well-planned timetable for my daily activities; after that, I should strictly carry out my activities according to the priorities they have in the schedule. Additionally, it's significant to have SMART objectives which will guide me every day so that I don't repeat the same mistake. Lastly, it's essential to learn what I am doing before I can do it. This is one thing I have learned throughout time, and I'm grateful for this course for letting me learn such concepts. The concept will highly help in exponentially in improving my life. Awareness is something I have respected for a very long time because when one is aware of something, they gain their best insights and use them to control whatever it is they choose to indulge in.

Therefore, as a result of my uncalled actions, I sincerely apologize for the negative consequences, and harmful effects of the incident might have brought about to the school's image as well as to my fellow students. I also did analyze the depth of my mistakes of the happening, and I clearly understand the seriousness of the problem. I have learned in life that every person is busy seeking their status so that they may gain a new beginning and feel more appreciated in life. For instance, I had realized that before, I did not understand what my identity was. However, now I'm more interested in seeking it. As a result, I write this apology report to the level of my understanding and experience, hoping that other learners can reflect on mistakes and know the appropriate approaches to follow when found in the same situation like the one that prompted me to conduct a forgery.
