Introduction
When naming major contributors of the animation industry, one cannot forego the name Walt Disney due to his remarkable contributions that drastically changed the animation industry in general. This illustrates why Walt Disney received lots of awards for his animated films. For example, Walt Disney received seven miniature Academy Awards for his film "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." Walt Disney was well known for innovations based on sound. He managed to synchronize sound using storyboards, a major milestone for the animation industry. In addition, Disney encouraged his employees to be creative and more innovative. This way, Disney together with his employees were able to come up with new ideas that steered the animation industry towards growth. It is true to state that most of the innovations being witnessed in the animation industry base their origin from some of Walt Disney's innovations. Till date, more advancements on technology, sound and character development continue to be witnessed in the animation industry.

In this article, Cheu (2015) has compiled some of Walt Disney films that portray a more multicultural outlook and representation. From the article, some of Disney films were re-casted in order to make the films more relatable in the society. For example, a re-cast of Aladdin included more celebrities from different races (Cheu, 2015). As a result, the film attained a large audience since a more inclusive pluralistic society had been considered compared to the original. In this article, Cheu has illustrated how Disney continues to become more multicultural in its image. This strategy has awarded Disney more audience day by day. One thing is ascertained by reading this article. That is, Disney continues to implement new strategies thus enabling it to have a competitive advantage over other film-related industries.

For Disney Company to stand out among the numerous film companies, there is a need for uniqueness. Roy (2015) illustrates why Disney Company instilled virtues of conservation through films that anthropomorphized animals' behavior. This technique was only used by Disney thus indicating high levels of creativity. Therefore, through creativity, Disney Company was able to engage its large audience on conserving the environment. In addition, this technique was one of its kind during an era characterized by post-war environmental mentalities.

The authors of this book have conducted studies aimed at examining the practices performed by Disney's Human Resource Management. In addition, readers of this book are introduced to more avenues that will be useful in conducting future research. From the research findings, it is evident that the Disney Company is focused on controlling its expenditure. Another finding is that Disney's employees are involved in creating good relationships with their customers. Therefore, Disney's success entirely depends on the strategies implanted by various departments. Similarly, just like the management, the employees strive towards attaining their maximum potential by creating a good relationship with their customers.

In this article, Camp (2017) has illustrated how Disney Company uses music to condition audience response. Disney Company continues to create a wide variety of musical entities that individuals can easily relate to. According to the author, music is incorporated in most Disney films to create an impression that enables the audience to understand the narratives as staged in the films. Prior to incorporating music in the films, Disney Company explored the role played by music in social control. By reading this article, one is made to understand why most films contain music.

In addition, path tracing entails the light path expressions. During this process, only a desired mode of light transport is used. Failure to which may affect the end result. The end target is to make a film that appears to be realistic. Since path tracing was first used by Disney Company, it signifies that the company was focused on making strides in technology innovation.
