Methods of Implementation

Due to the increasing number in the person with diabetes especially in those that are above twenty years of age, it was essential to come up with a no offensive and a prudent way to meet a quorum that would give an impact to our course that is regarding advice. On that note, the team visited the most common medical centers in the locality. That was done basically to seek consent for the access of their diabetes patient records. The records from the medical and health centers were to give the details of those that have been diagnosed with diabetes for the last two one month. The main detail was based on the best way to reach them through their contacts. Additionally, it was important to keep the records safe and secured as a way of obtaining a concise result. After managing to fetch the contacts and the address of the lately diagnosed patient, the assignment and delegation were done through the formation of committees or teams.

The setting of the materials was then done. The materials set were the learning materials like the handouts that would help them to refer. The other materials are the food staffs that would be used for nutritional demonstration. The teams were divided into three. The first team was to offer advisory support. Their role was simply to talk with the victims, give those hopes, empathize, and advise them verbally on the various measures of self-care and nutrition. The second team was to offer the physical support, that could be done through demonstration and distribution of the demonstrated food staffs and other learning material they might need as a reference. The third team was to oversee the whole process and to contribute where there was a gap regarding services.

The first reason that possibly did the project to become successful is that the team's formation was organized and well structured. By dividing the team into three, no gap was left regarding the services that were preempted to be offered. Secondly, probably the project came into a success because of the material benefits that the team planned to offer and delivered. That was regarding the food staffs and the references materials. Finally, the other thing that made the operation to run smoothly was the fact that the team was organized and well structured.

The beneficial method that was used was first by telling the respondents more about the benefits of the projects. Besides, the material benefits like the food staffs and the booklet handout were also used as a kind. Food staffs also played essential role in the overall process towards achieving the desired result. The other part was the respect for the person. That was applied because we seek the consent of the patient before engaging them. Lastly was justice. On that note, the team members through either harassment, ambush or any other offense did not violate the respondent's right.
