Fundamentally, in gender institutional understanding, gender symbolizes the pervasive ordering ideas that justify the legitimate to the day in day out of human activities. Human activities their practices and social structures form the basement regarding differences between men and women. Acker in his From sex roles to institutional explains that for fast-track women ,all ladies are involved in the same activities just like their male counterparts. On the other hand, interactional gender understanding reveals that in the day-to-day operations of human life, gender just shows up when relating with one another. Gender comes in a way that women without class get themselves in a situation that discriminates their roles as women in the society as compared to those women with class.

Also, institutional understanding of gender, the approach conceptualizes the society and distinguishes it clearly between reproduction and production. Reproduction is approached as the daily increase in the number of people in the community and as well as production is the generation of goods and services. Thus, the regular transfer of goods and services shifts the position of the work but not the post of the gender. In Joan Acker From sex role to a gendered institution, gender has disclosed the domain of the female function in the family is not appreciated until it fails is when considered but in a critical way. But also in outcast class Mack Johnson portrays institutional gender as the vital role or minority without appreciation. On the other hand, the West Zimmerman in Doing gender approaches the interactional gender by concentrating on the visual gender associated behaviors than the acquisition of gender itself. Further, it stresses on proximal effects than the effects that are close to the revelation of human interpretation.

Furthermore, Interactional gender has put more emphasize on the contemporaneous results of gender-related behavior. An extent on how the members of the society exploit the idea of behavior that is usually associated with the behavior tremendously differs from a woman to another. Regardless of the social life, the degree at which the individual woman behaves guides the internal needs of the person. In that regard, the private life of a person dictates the interpersonal relationship in the women who desire more privacy tend to be mean in socializing with the people.

In conclusion, both interactional understandings of the gender approach the whole matter as present in the human process and cannot be avoided in any way. Gender is seen to be nurtured, unlike the sex that is present biologically. The aspects are not so important in running the current duties, but due to the human intervention and desire to manipulate the roles, they have been placed into many categories. Hence the institutional gender bases it approaches from the indigenous criteria of gender being present in human activities.

Queer`s theory

Queer`s theory consists of a multilayered issues that are primarily addressed. Assigning a single definition to the theory will ultimately not disclose the main components that are entailed in theory. The theory has been interpreted, applied and used in the different manner that relates to each other. Hence the theory significantly consists some components.

Fundamentally, the queer`s theory searches and places gender and sexuality in categories. If the elements of gender are not fixed, then it means that they cannot be categorized. In the giving of the categories, it only implies a concept of the role and the subject itself. For example, the theory states that, there is a difference in what the subject is by itself and what it does or rather its function as a subject. Hence, giving a unique identity to the subject without the intrusive features will totally have a different meaning. Further, the position destabilization of identity is deeper designed to identify the sexed subject and categorize an individual within a particular single orientation or restrictive sexual.

Also, the theory places gender as a parcel of an individual`s essential part and to which strict examination of the socially constructed nature of sexual acts on identities. For any examination of sex and gender, a close analysis of the individual`s effect on the sex and gender relation is first examined to reveal the actual impact. For example, gay and lesbian studies are reviewed in and individual and a social construct is made to relate the nature of sexual acts and identifiers.

Moreover, it covers any sexually related activity that sides lines with the narrative and deviant groups. Despite the common sexual normative like homosexual, the theory includes all the deeds that are perceived to be sexually wrong. For instance, the oral sex which does not fall in the group of homosexual is covered in the queer`s theory as the act that is slowly nurtured over the years. Besides the oral sex, an unwillingness of an individual in the scenario of sex workers creates an impact in the social and gender interrelated activities.

Also, the theory gives a vivid focus on the mismatch between the two aspects, sex and gender desire. The idea has been significantly associated with the lesbians and gays on the context of bisexual. Its analytical work includes the impacts of dressing codes, impact on cross-dressing, intersex of a body recognizers, ambiguity in gender and gender transformation. For example, the theory tries to debunk the stable sexes, genders, and sexualities arising from the either lesbian and gay works.

Gender and class

Gender plays a significant portion in the society by creating a class of distinction between the two genders. Both women and men get themselves into different roles based on their genders. Hence gender abides both men and women entirely different roles and ranks in the society.

Gender takes the lead in giving ranks the individuals. Based on whether one is a male or a female, certain levels are provided to a given gender. For example, in an organization, it is perceived that women cannot manage the entire organization in the presence of other men. Moreover, women are perceived as very emotional and cannot give directives in a reasonable manner. Thus, the men are better considered in the management and leadership of the society.

Moreover, there is the little engagement of fathers who attend public meetings. In the so-called public fatherhood, the physicians who attend public events get a little involvement in the care of their children. An observation made mentioned above arises from the fact that there is a reduced intervention and desire of attention to the children due to bigger attention that is paid to the public events. All the concentration and commitment goes to the activities of the day rather than the children.

Then again, the emergency medical technicians pay a lot of care to the children and the family at large. As such, the medical technicians are not involved in the public events, but instead, they are included private fatherhood and are likely to show more concern for the welfare of their children. The difference observed can be associated with the employment conditions that bring about the different situation of each category and the gender order plays a big portion.

In conclusion, gender and class are related in the manner that class tends to discriminate a particular class in the society. Hence different tasks are undertaken by a given gender only.
