Introduction

Every citizen paying taxes and other levies concerning the healthcare have all the right to good health despite the age, sex or health status. (Quality and Cost in Healthcare: Improving Performance, 2017). The number and associated medical health error of late has grown higher according to commonwealth health program, with the research from the experts showing some factors related to medical error reaching about 10% of patients experiencing medical error, risk factors, including poor coordination of care, cost of related barriers to medical services and hospitalizations (Nickitas, Middaugh, & Aries, 2014). The main objective of this essay is to put down the results from the research and observations made by experts on how to improve the current healthcare to more effective and to of importance to the through documenting them on this project.

By the creation of a safe and therapeutic environment that would suitably house violent and grouse behaving patients away from the staff and other patients, this is risk management and safety precaution that prevents personnel and other patients from attack or interference by dangerous patients (Williams, 2016). Time factor which is the most crucial aspect in every health institution especially in case of emergency. Waiting time for service in the hospital should be minimized, this has been a massive problem in most of the developing nations especially amongst public workers. For the care providers and the government to get this problem sorted, responses from the patients should be emphasized. Secondly, a well-trained physician is expected to offer quality treatment to the patient and with the desired outcome that satisfies the patient (Maxwell & Baillie, 2017). The government should allocate health fund in the budget to train and recruit well trained and professionals in the health sectors. Lack of qualified personnel in the care facilities has been a problem for a long time.

Equipment and use of new technologies, with enough health equipment and improvised equipment that does the work in the care fast and quality, must be one of the first steps the authorities should take, not only to emphasize that but to make a reminder that the new technology equipment should be operated by highly trained personnel (Maxwell & Baillie 2017). Use of appropriate medications and access to affordable medicine should be a basic need for a taxable citizen. Concerning the administration, the check in check out should be regulated to the core, to make sure the receptionist is friendly to the patients. With the new and improved system of discharging the patients in their respective room to avoid wastage of time of making rotations in the offices for clearance.
