The safety of a patient and also the quality of service that is offered to him is dependent on the culture of the organization. An organization or the health Centre is held liable for any danger that a patient faces while in the health Centre. It is the responsibility of the health Centre to ensure that it carries out their activities in a way that leads to the safety and care of the patient. So as to be able to increase the security of the patients, the nurses should be ready to embrace change and take it positively while doing their duties (Healy, 2017).

For a health care to improve the safety of its patients, its culture should be one that values accountability, teamwork among its employees and also encourages communication between its staff and the patients. When an organization is accountable for what they are doing, they will ensure they offer high-quality services and also protect their patients from any harm since if anything happens to cause damage, they will be the ones responsible for such an act. The employees of the health care should speak up whenever they witness an issue that violates the patient's safety. The health Centre should create an environment that makes it comfortable for its personnel and also patients to speak up about an issue that is affecting them.

To improve the safety of the patient a health Centre should ensure that its clinical analytics is used towards the achievement of quality services which are scalable and also sustainable for the benefit of their patients. It should make sure that it uses new technology. It helps the management to be in a position to integrate sources of data that are related to the financial statement of the patient this will assist to promote the safety of the patient by ensuring that he is not overcharged and also be able to track the payment history of the employee. Through integration, the data will act as a way of measuring the patient's satisfaction. It will enable the management to know the areas that require more improvement so as to ensure that the patient is taken care of efficiently.

For a health Centre to ensure that it provides proper safety for their patients and also that they are taken care of well the organization should make sure that they take up practices that are evidence-based in their operations. The stuff in a health Centre should spend most of their time to ensure that quality care is given to the patients at all-time irrespective of what disease the patient is suffering.

So as to be able to improve the safety of the patients, the health Centre should ensure that their physician and nurses are well trained and also taught on the various ways of taking care of patients who are suffering from different diseases. They should also engage the patient during the decision-making process so as to know and get their opinions on what they think the organization should do so that it can serve them in a better way.

The organization in the process of implementing strategies that will help improve the safety of the patient will tend to experience certain barriers. One of the obstacles is that the health Centre may lack enough finances for example to buy the new technological machines which need to be used in the treatment of the patient so as to give good results. It is because some of the machines are relatively expensive and hence a big amount of money is required.

The other barrier that may be encountered is that the staff is maybe unwilling to implement the change and may view it as a burden to them hence they will be reluctant to learn. The health Centre may lack qualified personnel which may also pose a big challenge to them due to the increased shortage of nurses and doctors. It may result to the goals of providing quality care to their patients not being achieved.

Lack of transparency in an organization makes it hard for the organization to be able to provide safety to their patients. It is due to the lack of transparency from the employees. This is when they fear to report any evidence-based information that they have regarding a particular issue that has happened in the health Centre.

To be able to overcome resistance to change that may be posed by the employees the management should take up the strategy of addressing their personal concerns first. It will help them understand the importance of taking up the change and the benefit it will have on them as well .for example they should be told the importance of learning how to use the new technology as they will also learn new skills which will be an advantage to their profession (Page & Institute of Medicine U.S, 2005).

The other strategy that the management should use is to link a particular change to the issues that people tend to really care about. For example people really care about having good health. No one likes to have poor health. It will influence the staff to have a reason as to why they should adopt to the change so as to be able to save other peoples lives.

The management should ensure that they motivate their workers and also assure them of their job security when they take up the change. They can do this through teambuilding which will help them feel that they are appreciated and that their input is of great importance towards the taking care of the patients. They can motivate them through giving rewards to the most performing employee and also increasing their pay. This will help them to be willing to learn and also take the change implemented in the organization in a positive way (Hammons, 1982).

To manage the resistance to change the management and senior leaders in the organization should act as good examples. It is because the employees will copy what they see from them. They should give support to the employees and also advocate for the change.

So as to ensure a successful implementation of the evidence-based plan the organization should undertake five major steps. The first step is that it should make sure that it selects an evidence-based intervention that will be appropriate towards the ensuring the safety and care of the patient. The evaluation should have a positive effect on the outcome of what is expected (Pooler, 2014).

The second step is that the organization should ensure they got the necessary resources that are required to be able to identify evidence-based interventions. They can identify this through acquiring a manual or having a description which is written which is related to what is expected to be delivered. The organization should also seek technical guidance from professionals who have more experience on how to carry out the implementation process. They should also ensure they got resources such as funds and equipments that will be required during the process.

The management should identify where the implementation will take place and that it is an appropriate site for that. For example, the application could be held in a hospital or even in a School. An appropriate place for implementation should have an official who is at the top-level who will be able to manage the whole process. The personnel who work at the site should show support and enthusiasm so as to implement the intervention successfully.

The fourth essential step during the implementation process is that the management should be able to identify the main features and rules that will need close supervision and also that will need to be followed. In this step, the management should consider if their staff are well trained and if they got enough experience to take up the implementation process. Those to be involved in the process should be well trained to enhance their efficiency.

After that, the management needs to implement a system that will closely check how the interventions features are performing. Such systems include those that will monitor the staffing and as well as the training process. A system that will be able to follow if the content that is related to the evidence based intervention is being monitored so as to achieve the initial mission.

So as to achieve desired results teamwork plays a significant part in a health care. In a health Centre, the work is shared between nursing, the allied health practitioner and as well as medical. When these parties come together, they act as a team. Different skills and experience are combined which lead to change in the organization. They can learn from each other on how various problems are solved and how various tasks need to be carried out.
