Describe the topic of your paper and why you selected it.
As the crime rate triple year to year in the juvenile boy the need for more prevention programs adolescent boys become urgent. Juvenile crime has taken a heavy toll on my many families. The crimes on the rise bout on numerous debates on how to fix the problem. My heart has been saddened by the growing number of juvenile's deaths. As a single mother of four juvenile boys, I can't imagine receiving a phone call that one of my children have been shot due to violence. In efforts to stop minor crimes, I have selected to write a proposal for a program that helps juvenile boys develop skills, knowledge and goals that help them make choices the prevent crime.
Describe the specific area/city/place/community (physical aspects, population, infrastructure, patterns of settlement, commerce, and industry, demographics, economics, etc.).
Scared Straight youth prevention program would consist of the adolescents, children and young adults' males up to the age of 21. The targeted group would be the rural cites where juvenile crimes are growing. Many of children that live in the rural area in cities don't get the same advantages as others are assumed to be at risk youths. The group would also include children that may be homeless, teenagers that have been trafficked and runways. This child often experiences moving from place to place, many of these children have already been exposed to crime, drugs. Scared straight prevention program will focus more on the male population. Youth males that have grades below average and are missing school. Children, adolescents and young adults that have been in trouble one and need a method that will help them get back on the right track. The make of the scared straight prevention will ex -felles, prisoners that are currently in lockup but have exhibited good behaviour and have some positive aspects that will help the at-risk youth. Community volunteers, courts systems and. Scared straight prevention program goal is to reduce at risk factors, such as new troublesome behaviour, lack of dedication to family and school. And reduce drug and gang violence.
Use inter-professional collaboration to achieve beneficial practice outcomes in your advocacy efforts.
Who might you need to talk to and what are their phone numbers?
I would need to have a conversation with juvenile justice and child welfare agencies in the region I would conduct my studies. Juvenile justice and child welfare agencies serve youth who are involved in the young rehabilitation program to enhance outcome and to support youth in transition to adulthood. Therefore, they well acquainted with how the program works and changes they face as they offer rehabilitation services to young offenders.
When are you going to call and make an appointment to talk to them?
Since the discussion, will take the form of an interview, I contact the agent as soon as I have conducted enough studies in the field of juvenile literature, identify information am seeking to obtain and formulated the question to ask during the session. Interviewing scoping of data and knowing what I am finding would help to understand the nature of the existing gap better.
Who might be some stakeholders you need to talk to
Stakeholders are those involved directly or indirectly in and possibly affected by the program. The key stakeholders I have to speak are family members and representative of the community, health care providers of the region, the local police officers, some of the leaders of social institutions such as church and school and, victims.
Look at websites for agencies/ organizations in your area and make a list of three to five names with contact people and phone numbers. These resources can also help in providing evidence of the gap in services that you want to address in your paper. Even though your paper will be hypothetical (you will not implement the program or service or change), you still want to write about your plan to learn about a real or existing gap in services or unmet need in your community.

Researching your topic involves moving beyond just finding and reading OCLS articles, books, and news stories/current events. Try to interview key people in your community who are experts in this topic to get a sense of their opinions on the issue. If it takes time to get these interviews, you can add information from them into sections of the paper at any time throughout the course.
Explain what multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks (person-in-environment, strengths perspective, social systems, ecological, social structural, and human behaviour, etc.) you will apply in your engagement with clients and constituencies. Connect your knowledge of human action and social environment to your innovative idea and describe how your idea will enhance the life situation of clients in your community or your community as a whole.
Delinquency among young offenders is a complex problem, which results when a child has low self-control but catalyzed by several social, economic, political, and environmental risk factors. (Hawkins & Weis, 2017).The risks factors for child delinquency have been identified in several domains of society. Those domains are individuals, peers, social institution, family, and, individuals. Therefore, before involving the justice system, the problems can be solved effectively at the community level. Moreover, the justice system is known to use zero tolerant approaches to handle young offender, of which the method has proven to be less effective. The same risk factors can be protective factors to delinquency. Multimodal that involves family, peers, and individual therapy can work effectively in this context to reduce the risk factors because Pardini (2016) claims that the higher the risk factor, the higher probability that youth will take part in wrong actions. However, since every youth has his/ her strength that can be identified. This can be used to build a long-term solution to prevent delinquency.
Use empathy, reflection, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients and constituencies effectively.
Describe how you will establish communication and a relationship with others to begin addressing the problem. How will you use empathy, reflection, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients and constituencies effectively?
I would invite them into a brainstorming session. Brainstorming is a method that produces creative and inventive solutions to a problem (Rawlinson, 2017). In the session, I would encourage members to come up with suggestions; also, I will give my suggestion. Then we will validate each other's viewpoint to build on some brilliant measures that reflect on the views of each of the members. However, I would not give room for criticism the standpoint suggested, to encourage more involvement of every member in the decision-making process for a final decision that would be more acceptable to all members.
