Upon examining the body of mark smith, it showed that he was brutalized and tortured before he was murdered. The body had marks on the hand and legs showing that he was tied at some point when he was being tortured. The killer being not in a sane mind might have summoned mark into very serious torture because he had many knife cuts in the body and a deep stab on the chest that was one of the main causes of his death because his lungs had been affected because there were traces of blood clot. The blood clots in the lungs was a cause of the stab that had reached the lungs and also from breathing complications that might have come from complications in breathing. The breathing complications might have been from a result of strangling because mark also had a broken trachea. The marks on his hands were very dark that means that he was struggling to free himself from the attacker but the ropes that had tied him were very tight. Mark had been hit by a very hard object with a lot of pressure in the forehead because he had a crack on the frontal part of the skull which was fresh. The freshness of the crack proves that it was from the torture he sustained from the killer.

Murder has been a serious case in the United States of America for the longest time. Murderers are treated as very dangerous people and end up getting long or life sentences after the court ruling. The essay also shows that insane people should be looked at closely and always take medication because they might do serious crimes. The crime department of the United States of America is also very active and effective as seen in the detective's actions. The government always look forward to protecting their citizen and making sure they catch suspects and criminals who put the innocent citizen at risk of even losing their precious life at no reason. The death of a young person affects mostly the close family members and friends as seen in the eulogy where we see the family heartbroken and wondering why it happened. The death of young people also affects economic development and ends potential initiatives that would change the world. Mark died young and his firm had already started making an impact on the society fighting for the rights of the oppressed. The conclusion is that death is inevitable and no one really knows the day to die.
