Introduction
In general, terms a person's health is influenced by a lot of factors. Having a metal assessment is very important as it helps the doctor determine the patient is thinking, reasoning, feeling, or remembering. It gauges your mental conditions like depression, eating anxiety, psychotic illnesses, and depression. Diseases are not only physical but also psychological, and in Deborah's situation, this was the case. Physical ailments have direct medications, but mental issues need a plan to be able to deal with them. Curing psychological problems is becoming a huge problem, and therefore, a lot of emphases should be taken in Deborah's case so that she can become well again.
Besides, various personality traits should be used, and in this case, both projective and objective tests are viable. The most ideal in projective is Rorschach while in the objective is MMPI (Cooper, 2019). In the former, the client will be able to bring out what they see and be the one who is accessing will be able to form a picture of their problems and therefore will be able to know how to help them and help them cope with their issues without much problem hence live a healthy life. The latter will help identify if the client is hiding something or talking the truth, and this will help in understanding the issues which should be sorted out so as the well being of Deborah is restored. This is because a qualified psychologist is required to interpret and guess the personal problems while getting them right so as it will be able to treat the issues which she may be suffering from health wise.
In addition, certain theories, such as those of personality, should be used to understand her case better. Two of these theories include psychoanalytic views which were developed by Sigmund Freud and Trait theory. The first seeks to understand her needs, thus making it possible to know how to help them. It is because it needs to satisfy our issues, thus making it possible for her to feel better. The second, on the other hand, shows that for a person to act in a certain way, several things influence behavior (Thompson, 2019). Therefore, her traits should be well looked into to understand why she manifests a certain behavior and thus be able to know how to help her. It will also enable her to talk about the truth, which will be valuable in determining her problems in the process of being able to help her. The other two theories are humanistic and social cognition. In humanistic personality, it shows that personality is an issue of personal choice and good choices lead to better health standards while social cognition states that the environment is what is responsible for our characters. It creates a notion that for a better personality, people must play a huge part in it.
Conclusion
All in all, health is a very important aspect in human life and should be well taken care of to maintain the well being of others and thus be able to understand what people need as it is all that is required for the survival of an individual. While physical health is what is mostly treated, mental issues have recently developed at a high rate with cases even of murder being visible lately. Therefore just as in Deborah' case, it is very important to look into all factors that are possible for the good health of the individual so that it may be possible to help them.

- During American civil war, the North had historically been identified as states that were free and ones which opposed Confederacy and slavery. The struggle against secession as well as slavery obscured the reality. As early as 1796, the terms South and North were used as a warning against dangers of political differences which existed bringing forth prevalence of unions in the North more than the South. In the North, West, and Midwest states, development was majorly characterized by a system of agricultural diversity, commercial vigor, and free labor. Towards the end of World War 11, labor and politics in the North West, and Midwest states were having a unionization rate of approximately 40 per cent (Timothy, 2006). The New Deal party was favoring formation of Unions unlike in the South. The party was also promoting formation and growth of bill of rights of the North economy and National health insurance. In the Southern, there was low unionization rate and also the political climate did not favor the formation of unions. The Southern reactionary politics had pulled the political economy of America to the right, hence becoming a barrier to the establishment of a social welfare style similar to that of Europe and also undermined the formation of unions and wages of unions in the South (Peter, 2017).
