Consequently, it becomes imperative to explore the impacts of these genres on mental clarity, moods, and an array of psychological factors. To achieve this goal, this study utilized 150 subjects who were all requested to fill out psychological profiles after listening to key music genres. These genres included rock, classical, hip-hop, and soul. With rock music, critical increments were found in hostile attitudes, melancholy, weariness, and significant diminishments were seen in unwinding, mental clearness, and life. Interestingly, after listening to soul music, notable increments in compassion, mental clearness, and robustness were recorded. The outcomes for hip hop and classical music were mixed. Feeling swings among subjects were seen with all sorts of music. Soul music was best in expanding positive emotions and diminishing negative sentiments. These results recommend that soul music might be helpful in the treatment of strain, mental diversion, and negative dispositions.
