Introduction

Each of the code of ethics principle symbolizes my personality and they can play a vital responsibility in my life. However, this code of ethics will be applied at a different level based on the circumstances. Golden Rule overarches and controls my personality. This is because the Golden Rule has more effective long term results. Other rules such as Brazen or Iron are efficient as they gather direct outcome, especially when applied to the inferior party. Additionally, these two codes of ethics are likely to affect the interaction between parties (Colyer, 1970). Hence, they are mostly applied by those individuals who are not confident in their management or negotiation techniques. The Iron Regulation is more active in a certain program in some groups such as the military in battle. In an army career, especially combat, the Brazen or Iron Regulation of law is the best against rivals which do not observe the value of conduct which is the same with the military. In this case, they only respect authority and conflict. Hence, Brazen and Iron Rules are effective when connected against on the field.

Hardly do I use the Brazen and Iron conduct of morals in any way. In case I have used them, they were meant to bring a negative effect. The Tin Rule occurs when I apply the code of ethics when negotiating a deal for immediate achievements such as negotiating for improvement of transport deal. Experts insist that that United Airlines should deploy the Tin rule as a way of enhancing their services (Colyer, 1970). Normally, the Tin rule tries to get win-win results by appealing to members' need. In this case of American Carriers, in retrospect, the program could improve their short term suffered by discussing with their clients to overcome their long-term "black eye".

The above principles are only deployed on an isolated occasion. From my experience, these rules are poorly applied. The rule that mostly controls my life would be the Golden principle. Typically, Golden rule is a global ethical code, respect, and it is mostly deployed in many communities. In these regions, communities use different names to refer to the rules (Magloff, 2012). The Golden rule is the pacifist moral principle which controls people's lives regardless of the outcomes. However, the other rules mostly depend from the varying level of influence toward their benefits. With Golden rule, this principle is deployed to those individuals who are safe and easily control themselves from using impulse. Additionally, I perceive this rule as the governing principle since they nurture my long-term objectives. As such, I am able to develop a positive relationship which builds the community. The Golden law is a genuine identification of the advantages.

The Golden principle is an effective moral principle for myself and other individuals who are working in the American military. There is a time we are required to use force and risky power using deadly materials such as guns. On the other surface, dropping the atomic bombs in Japan which killed a large number of Japanese is a form of the Iron rule (Colyer, 1970). President Truman aimed at shortening the conflict as soon as possible, so as to control massive killing which had been happening in various countries across the world. despite America deployed the Iron principle for a short-term impact, America did it unwillingly due to the kindness and empathy the president and General Eisenhower had toward its citizens. As such, the action would end massive suffering all over the world.

This example shows how American soldiers had the tools of war at their disposal, and are professionals in deploying the Iron rule, Tin, and Brazen rules, especially at short-term levels. But eventually, the American militias' principle is mostly the Golden or Silver rule. When other soldiers and I exercise sympathy, empathy, and graciousness in external nations, then that practice indicates the application of value and principles based on their beliefs (Magloff, 2012). Apply the Iron or Brazen principle as the key principle of regulation in a conflict only helps to extend the issue. The American Militias as well as myself, strive to bring peace and kindness by creating long-term interaction with our rival using the Golden principle. That has served the whole body effectively in all levels and nations we are currently serving.

This is a good event which can help to study business and reward approach, and how an organization needs to balance its operation value against substantial income. The following is a deeper perception of how an organization can improve the way it calculates its long-term effect in exchange for a short-term profit based on ethical dilemmas (Colyer, 1970).

Business Ethics in Red Corp

My first action was to conduct my own study regarding how Red Corporation engages in its business. In this case, the study was to focus on how the corporation engages its employees and customers. As a consultant, I would collect evidence on how the group practice is business ethics using find observation and interview among staffs. I would scour the institute websites and other online platforms where customers review. These areas will assist to gather enough data to Red Corps' business ethics (Magloff, 2012). Through the data, I will understand how do the company handles its clients and workers. Due to the productive business issues which have rocked the country in the past two decades, the federal government engaged and ordered commercial firms to use ethical business performs. Laws such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 and Graham-Leach Act were the outcomes of the Enron issue (Beierle, 2004). As such, these laws were meant to control other companies from engaging in such a national financial crisis. Additionally, these acts insisted that business offer clear information to both customers and workers. This transparency may be done by publishing their pledges to a code of ethics on various platforms such as websites. For instance, Verizon Company published its policy on their code of ethics to show various business conducts and how parties are required to handle finance statement in the organization. Not many organizations that disclose their data as they try to restrict some off-chance which are sensitive to their rivals.

After conducting my investigation, I would request to meet the heads of Red Corporation and several tops staffs. The reason for this meeting is to acquire more information about the company's business philosophy, model, and its culture. The result of the meeting was to understand how senior leaders value their workers, clients, and other parties within the organization. Effective interaction will create a condition which will boost loyal to Red Corps (Beierle, 2004). Through observation, it is possible to view whether top officials are so keen on observing and embrace the application of ethical practices at all levels.

My next objective with the organizations' top leaders is to inquire if they are ready to lose, either qualitatively or quantitatively as a mode of threat control technique. I would show them the threat investigation if the company ought to collect information from Blue Corps. I would advise the firm to reveal to Blue Corps that Both Red Corporation and their information were interfered, and hence, I will direct them to remove their information from online platforms immediately (Magloff, 2012). Thus, my instruction to the Red Corps' top leader to create a formal memorandum, signed by all necessary individuals that the company together with their rival, Blue Corps client database were interfered. Hence, all workers from both clubs are restricted from accessing the record. As an advisor, I would request top officials to inform their workers to fully depend on the creation of a strong business relationship with clients and other members.

Red Corp has a role to reveal to its rival that Blue Corps' client information is online and is exposed to interference. Hence, I would direct the company workers to create a memorandum of treaty that neither from the two companies' workers or management would exploit the information exposed online (Colyer, 1970). As such, the decision to ignore Blue Corps' exposed clients' information online would be reduce satisfactory action, and not consistent with good ethical commercial activities. As the advisor, I would urge the risk for Red Corp fall at the same level as on their rival.

The "Tit for Tat" viewpoint is highly included in Tin Rule. This principle explains that a person will counter a behavior of their rival, either in a good or bad way. This principle may look as if it is a neighborly rule, but it is associated with around of threat (Colyer, 1970). The risk occurs when a possible smooth angle to unethical action if an individual engages in a terrible act to their rival. The Tin principle is not controlled by the moral principle, but it is used to recap rivals of the negative outcome when a person participates in unfair actions. This is a technique of intimidation and ethical operation which are required to clear off the mutual strategy because it creates chances for immodesties. Top managers are accountable to create clear restrictions and control on what is moral, and create examples which motivate others to observe the rules.

As a Red Corp's counsellor, I would request the company beside taking any short term advantages with observing long-term results. The leadership may view the rival's information as capturing a commercial chance. Finally, compromising the company integrity and also reduce clients confidence would help to disclose sensitive information.

Blue Corp Response

The consequence of Red Corporation not revealing Blue Corp's customer record shows that the company is sending a threating message to the public and its rivals. Not doing something may be used to show a powerful message in the same manner as willingly stealing rival's data (Magloff, 2012). The rival or the public may view nefarious behavior which has been done by Red Corporation as unethical which affect moral climate. Even if Red Corp is controlled by the Golden principle, their action of undertaking nothing and sendoff threating information knowingly in various platforms may perceive as a behavior of corporate spying. The public feeling and lost clients back the company to be infinite (Colyer, 1970). Firms that cooperate their reliability by undertaking nothing is prone to lose information management. Additionally, such companies may lose their commercial partners. Advisors and management required to be intensely aware of the imperceptible but inflated long term threat on the firm's status and client base.

If the responsibilities are overturned and I am required to advise Blue Corp's regarding the underbidding contracts which are caused by privileged data disclosed online (Beierle, 2004). I would direct Red Corp to organize a media meeting and media awareness regarding the leaking complex data online. I would endorse Red Corp's representative to create a letter from a level of involvement and meekness, with not intending to exact revenge on their rival. Apologize to clients and take all duties, and pledge to take some role to spot-on to gain their trust. Using this technique will help to show their transparency to consumers and improve their relationship. I would not request to react toward Blue Corp (Magloff, 2012).

Rules Applied for Advice

The advice relied on the application of these rules since most issues which affecting the two companies can be settled by applying the rules. Globalization has changed how we engage businesses in a cross-cultural environment. Studies consistently demonstrate that regardless of culture or background, operating on high-level moral conduct, such as...
