Introduction
The aspect of a nurse to have both the capabilities to have the power and the element of decision making plays a critical role in deciding the way to take while addressing the various issues in the health sector. The nurse is trying to attempt the patient compliance in the city of California and especially the primary population that she is attempting to dwell on are the farm workers. The nurse is expected to change the scenario by accepting the situation or have to take a risk by creating clear explanations to the nurses for them to understand as she risks being sued to have not followed the rules and the regulations being exhibited. People apprehend that the doctors are well recognized as well as trained professional medical doctors. There are also different ascribed status and regulations that are pertained as per various clinics. More so, the doctors usually expect that patients to abide by the rules and the regulations set by the medical society basing on the different acronyms of the different patients being attended to. On the other side, the migrants also are well defined by the hold of the various cultural beliefs and languages as far as the well-being and health are concerned. When the migrants become ill, they are often seen to be of change on the traditional medical cultures as far as their illness is reached. The doctors remain to be able to handle both scenarios as far as they have to follow the rules and regulations set for them to address their patients.
Lastly, it is on the creation of a paradigm shift to address both the issues being impacted on the doctors and the patients as well. The doctors remain to be not offended as they try to fill the gaps in addressing the patient compliance regulatory system. The case is based on the development and change of various organizations as they held high to involve multiple world views. The difference is taken as a common dilemma in the health care firm. It is the right aspect that when serving the different populations of patients, the medical doctors trained in the western beliefs of medical culture at some points may not be effective in curing the various patients. There are different beliefs on well-being and health. The possible solution to the huge issue experienced by farm migrant workers in California is on the training of diverse cultures to the medical doctors. The beliefs of the different individuals depending on the exercise of the various cultures for the handling of the issues to be addressed harmoniously.
