Among the policies set by the health, the sector is ensuring that affordable health care services are available to the local citizen. The government sector in coordination with a various non-governmental organization such as the World Health Organization are working together to help fund health care services for all people. Health care facilities are still limited in number and also there are not enough qualified nurses to offer services in these healthcare facilities. The government has initiated a program to offer a scholarship to healthcare professionals within and outside the country. The aim is to have more trained professionals available to serve within the country (Raffensperger, 2016).

Today, I am here to present to you a proposed solution to a major problem facing our health care sector. Considering the fact that manufacturing of medicine is expensive, I am suggesting the manufacturing of medicine locally from plant extracts. We have conducted the research for some time in school. There have been several challenges though, which have undermined our success. Funding for the project has been a problem where we have not been able to buy necessary machines and chemicals to aid in the extraction of the medicine from plants. Medicine extracted from plants is safe from chemical contamination and also it is associated with few or no side effects. We are proposing that we get funding to facilitate ongoing research (Raffensperger, 2016).

The presentation opens with a detailed identification of the presenter where all relevant information about the presenter is provided. The content of the video presentation was presented in a more professional way where communication skills were keenly observed. Eye contact was maintained throughout the presentation session. The presenter ensured that he kept focusing his eyes on the audience all the time whereby doing this, he caught the audience attention. During the presentation, he had dressed decently while ensuring that his dressing did not catch unnecessary attention from the audience. The presenter chose official attire for the day so as to look more presentable and decent. Voice quality and audibility was okay as everybody could hear the presentation clearly. Gestures were employed effectively throughout the presentation keeping the audience engaged in the presentation.

The suggested will be of great help to the community where it will be now easier for people to access medicine at lower prices. Encouraging local manufacturing also provides job opportunities to the locals. People will be self-employed in planting the medicinal plants while others will find job opportunities at the respective processing plants. This will help raise the living standards of local citizens (Worth, 2015). The government will also earn revenue from the same.the video presentation has shown a good understanding of the topic and well-established presentation skills. Everything fro eye contact, dressing code, audibility and use of gestures portray a well-prepared student. Even though the video presentation recording has been successful, there are several things which need to be considered and improved before the next presentation. First of all, the person performing the presentation in the video clip seemed to be tensed. One could conclude that the presenter had fear and could not control his anxiety too. It is expected that one has to be relaxed and well prepared for any presentation. Anxiety and being tensed during presentation shows unpreparedness before the presentation. I recommend that next time when the presentation will be carried out, one has to be prepared well enough for it (McKay, Davis, Fanning, 2018).

To stay connected, the presenter needed to involve the audience by asking questions which the presenter in this video seemed to forget. It is good to formulate various questions to present to the audience just to keep them engaged in the presentation. in addition, doing more research on what would be the client expectation fro the presentation. this would help ensure that one carries out the presentation in a better way (Worth, 2015).
