Among recent information in nutrition research is the finding that consuming a cup of coffee on a daily basis can reduce a person's susceptibility to liver cancer. The following report will provide a summary of the current research on the stated premise, by providing a literature review of recent publications that provide a link between the consumption of coffee and cancer prevention.

Impact of Taking Coffee in Cancer Prevention

Today, coffee is among the widely consumed beverages globally. Also, coffee has bioactive chemical compounds with antioxidant capacity, which also makes it a healthy consumption beverage. Nevertheless, more research should be executed to further ascertain the effect of coffee consumption in treating a range of diseases apart from cancer. Subsequently, knowledge can help in reducing the cost of healthcare provision in treating various forms of ailments in the healthcare sector.
