Introduction

The rise of the Tevere empire is be located in modern Europe, stretching from modern France, to Italy, and Germany. The Empire first formed around the Tiber River in Central Italy around 3000 BC, from Nomadic groups who migrated from Eastern Europe. The Nomadic groups started to adapt agriculture around the "Tiber River," which is the third-longest river in modern Italy. The Empire was initially small Nomadic groups of tribes with the size of a couple of families. The adaptation of agriculture brought the small tribes together to build waterways and crop fields, which eventually allowed the groups of tribes to form into a bigger society. The people finally started their first city around the Tiber River. As people worked together, they discovered new technological advancements and territories that increased their population and borders, finally reaching parts of modern Germany, Italy, and France at its peak times.

This whole Empire started with the Tiber River. It's named by the first King of the centralized government of the "Tevere" Empire, which is a word derived from the Tiber. All the aspects such as public focus are well interlinked with social structure since the civic center will be the strategic location of the empire which builds the social fabric of the people about that location. Military and material complexity also has significant ties in the sense that under the material complexity farmers grow crops for the population and military, on the other hand, a well-fed army can protect the farmers from any foreign aggression, and the entire system can maintain itself. The following are the factors that constitute the backbone of the empire.

Urban Focus

The capital city of our Empire is pronounced Evianville, which is located on the west side of modern Italy. In my empire, there are four cities. The principal town is referred to as Evianville, which is the center of governance. The second city is Aztec, the center of trade, the third is Azulis the center of military training and recruitment and the last town is Matuk the center of tourism as it borders the sea. The four municipalities assume the names of the four territories of my empire. The total population of the realm is 13million people according to the census conducted three months ago.

Evianville is the origin of the Empire since it's the first place that the Nomadic groups from Eastern Europe settled in. The reason why Evianville was a thriving city was that it had nutritious soil and an abundant water source in that area, which provided the ease of producing agricultural goods and excellent living conditions. Evianville eventually grew prosperous and self-sufficient, which allow the Empire to expand their territory, which ultimately reached other parts of Europe. Evianville also served as a religious purpose. People from parts of the Empire will come to the Tiber and Evianville to pray and celebrate for their creation and wealth.

Social Structure

The social class in this Empire will be divided into Upper, Intermediate, and Lower level.

Each class is based on their financial situation and their power. Upper Class, this class mainly consists of the leader, the officials, and priests. These people have the most beneficial financial position and ability when compared to the rest of the population. They enjoy most of the privileges that the empire can offer, and they are also in close relations with the king. They are well known and highly respected. Intermediate Class, this class consists of those who can sustain their own life financially as well as having a bit of dominant position in society. For example, an average citizen or trader who can maintain their own life is considered to be in the intermediate class. They own several privileges such as to own slaves as well as to conduct business in the major urban areas in the empire. They are also in good relations with the nobles.

Lower Class, the lower class, is mainly consisted of people who cannot support themselves financially or under slavery. For example, a slave under control of someone else is considered to be in the lower class since he/she couldn't support themselves financially. They receive direct commands from their masters and in most cases subject to heavy labor with little or no pay. They lack respect in society.

Military and Political Structures

Tevere Empire will have a military of 200, 000 strong soldiers. The reason for such a large army is because of the escalating aggression with our neighbors the Italians who wish to overrun our military to enjoy the prosperity and the logistic location of our empire. The bulk of our weapons will be made locally but we shall have to import heavy ammunition from the Egyptians and Persians by so doing our army will be healthy and well equipped to counter any foreign aggression. The recruits for the military will be young men from the age of 18 years and will serve until they are 35 years. Every young man in the empire has to help the army exceptions are for those physically disabled or those with chronic diseases. The empire will be fortified with massive walls; this task will be given to Persian architects due to their skills in construction.

The central government of this Empire is a theocracy, which means that the government is under divine guidance from their religious figures. Their leader is often either the son of the previous leader or believed to be chosen by their gods. If the next leader is determined by their gods, they will ask priests to pray to their gods for advice. This government consists of one king, along with other priests representing different gods, officials who represent their state, and financial overseers. The King will have the ability to rule until one dies, or having another potential king chosen by their gods.

The King is the one who can control the empire's financial situation, food distribution, creating new laws and rules and declares war on others. Priests and state officials have to question whether the new laws or regulations contradict with the previous laws or violate others fundamental rights. The King's decision has to be at least approved by half of the total priests and state officials. Money and food are taxed. People will have to pay 1/10 of their entire property for food distribution for ceremonies or other projects.

Material Complexity

Farmer, since the Empire is based on an agricultural society, the Empire itself produces lots of crops for its people and trading. Tiber River will be significant for irrigation during the dry seasons to feed the populace and the military. The farmers are expected by everyone in the empire to produce enough food to maintain them and even sell to their neighbors. The other professions will include;

Artisan, the Artisans, mainly focus on delivering furniture and religious tools. Furniture is often made from organic resources such as wood and stones. Theological tools such as statues are primarily made out of precious metal such as silver and gold to emphasize its significance. They are highly skilled people, and their knowledge originates from their Egypt and Persian allies.

Weapon Manufacture, these workers are hired by government officials to produce weapons and shields for the army. They are required to have a license to prove that they were allowed to make armaments or else it'll be a crime. It was only selected, and trusted people would be entrusted and under great supervision from the military officials to produce weapons. The reason was, if armaments were in the wrong hands, there would be a revolt that would destabilize the government.

Official, officials in the government mainly focus on paperwork such as records and planning as well as financial management such as collecting the tax. They received their training from Egypt who was advanced in record keep and tax collection, and that knowledge was the one they would use in Tevere to assist the government. Tevere has benefited a lot from their alliance with the Egyptians.

Architect, these architects are hired to build basic living structures as well as temples for their scared gods. Most of them come from Persia or trained in Persia or Egypt. This is because such knowledge and skills were not developed in Tevere and the kingdom had to acquire this knowledge from their closest friends who happened to be these two strong and well-established kingdoms. This association has greatly helped Tevere.

Priest, priests are responsible for communicating with their gods and transfer these messages to officials and the king themselves. Priests were highly sorted after and consulted by the king in matters that were beyond their ability of the king to figure out such as the outcome if they went to war with their neighbors. Priests were also much respected in society and were responsible for conducting religious and cultural activities.

Trader/Businessman, to further expand and support the Empire itself, the government promotes trade with others. The people they mainly trade with, are the Nomadic tribes in Eastern Europe. The main form of business will be barter trade with the intentions of using coins in the future after our industries are fully developed. Most of the minerals from within and those from other empires are used for making tools, and there is not enough left to produce coins that would be enough to be in circulation in the entire territory with such a high population.

The luxuries enjoyed by the rich and wealthy in the empire would include the right to have slaves working for them, a beautiful house made of brick and mortar and well painted, luxury households from Egypt and the ability to possess horses for their transportation. These privileges are only enjoyed by state officials, military generals, and members of the nobility.

Writing System

These people don't have a very developed writing system since most of their communication is only based off of oral traditions. Their songs lyrics, tales, migration legends, and creation myths are passed from generation to generation rather than written and recorded down. They only have simple lines and symbols to represent numbers or things. This is also the reason why they don't have libraries. Even though these people don't have a very advanced writing system, they still write down records on stones and walls. They later developed papyrus from their agriculture. The papyrus is made from a plant that grows in marshy areas around the rivers they settle around.

Most of their writings are records and tables, since most of their stories and biographies and being spoken rather than written down. They also have simple symbols representing the sun, crops, rivers, and so on. Later the Empire has developed more advanced writing systems due to the expansion of the Empire which allowed things to be written and recorded down. The traders and government officials are learning how to use scrolls to document significant events of the government, religion, and culture. The emperor will prefer to send teams of young, intelligent men to Egypt and Persian his close allies to learn on developing writing so that the three empires can be on the same footing.

Religious Structure

The people living in this Empire were polytheistic, which means that they have many gods that they believ...
