Other crucial principles which the Bible emphasizes include a sense of being responsible, integrity, and honesty. Such beliefs have become essential concepts that are considered as the yardsticks which govern success during the modern environment of doing business.

Integration of faith and learning is considered as being able of playing critical roles during promoting of business practices that observe ethics and the effectiveness in operation as well as management of the business. The lack of adequate customer care is as a result of poor business management. Most of the organizations see the need for attaining firmness on honesty and integrity especially when dealing with financial matters that surrounds executive and organization coaching (Ngunjiri, 2018). The teachings from the bible that are concerned with selflessness and empathy principles are critical during the provision of customer care that is effective in the entire corporate world. The practice of prompt payment of salaries and wages to the workers include some of the teachings which are found in the teachings of the Bible and they frequently assist in promoting of the relationship that exists between the employees and the employer (Lawrence, Burton, & Nwosu, 2005).

The approach of using a biblical strategy provides excellent avenues of learning required when training the future leaders for the business via the provision of encouragement, motivation, and direction to other workers, which is in accordance to the purpose of God for people. Such kind of approaches also assists during the creation of partnership and teamwork and a way through which people become energized towards achieving common goals. A business may strive in creating of a supportive and conducive environment required for addressing the common issues that are facing the workers and the organization as a whole.
