Introduction
The fact that God gave his people unique traits that would enable them to work and produce different results is quite an amicable idea that once adopted can make most the people realise how special they are and hence dig deep to endeavour in making themselves more specialised beings. I would wish to agree upon with the Idea brought about by Hard, (1990), that even if people may lack unique gifts, it does not necessitate them from the lack of different abilities that differentiates them. Hence, it is through the same skills that people would comfortably manage to realise that there exist diversified ways in which God has deposited a particular element for working especially, through God's will. However, the character of positivity would hence help in boosting the workability of such ideas.
The concept of Devine economy and vocation by Hardy reasonably satisfies the explanation behind why people would feel fit to work in certain areas of specialisation in various organisation, and hence manage to deliver fruitful results. This is precisely what happens in the real-life world that some people are best suited to carry out specific tasks with minimal efforts and hence deliver credible results that would assist the organisation in question to offer to its expectations and achieve its set targets. The idea is obtained from the job design theory by (Mello, 2015) and hence matches his ideas according to the job placement, whereby every individual endowed with specific abilities that would be used to solve particular issues as need by organisations.
Such an idea conforms to the God's way of creation that people should use their different abilities to provide on what is missing from others and hence be able to receive from others what they do not have. Such an act calls for togetherness and hence empress teamwork which in turn leads to people who work together with different talents to produce a single desirable product.

Vocation can take different forms of interpretations depending on the area that our interest is rested upon. However, concerning profession as a divine investment, there may exist several arguments as to whether the Bible really encourage people to focus on the body as part of Christ's interest towards religious investment, or it only focuses on the spiritual matters and hence neglect the body and count its needs out of the package? Maybe, there would be such bible verses that seem not to introduce the importance of the body as a specific separate organ that needs to be addressed by the physical development of human abilities. However, various parts seem to recognise how important the body is. For example, in (1 Corinthians 12:12-27) emphasis on how different parts of the body can work together to embraces oneness and it is through the cooperation of such parts that one of the parts can succeed but not an individual part to take the whole project alone. Thus, the reflection behind such ideologies conforms to the Hardy's opinion that employees should use their different abilities as a part of the package to provide most of the required solutions in an organisation as a whole.
It, therefore, makes a call for everyone to know his gift and abilities since they would aid in contributing to the divine economy. Just like Mello, (2015) says in his book, that people should listen calmly to and modestly to one another and learn how to respect what the other person has to offer. Such an attitude would contribute in a paramount way towards creating a capable team that would help one another to achieve all the set objectives due to the different abilities that end up being compatible purposely to help in making services and operations better hence improved results. Thus, both according to the opinions of all the authors in this article, it is highly agreeable that togetherness is would serve as the ultimate goal for achieving divine economic goals. By doing so, Christians would hence be fulfilling their financial call and goals and thus see the immediate results of having different abilities and gifts put into proper use.
