Introduction
Most people think that wellness in relations to exercise, physical nutrition - health, weight controlling, etc., but there is more about this dimension. Wellness can be defined as an occupied incorporation of physical, mental and spiritual welfare, engaging the mind, fueling the physique, and nurturing the spirit. Though it most reflects the striving health, it talks more about the life, the living styles of a person and turns you to become the best kind of person by allowing potential virtues, circumstances, and fate in your life. Wellness requires good self-stewardship, for us and others who are more in our life. Again for those in helping professions, wellness is a professional which is termed as a personal responsibility, for example, ourselves in veterinary medicine. To enhance high-quality patient and customer service, we need to have an ethical responsibility to join well-being and health of a person.
If there is sufficient self-care in the health sector, this can prevent us from hurting that individual we serve, and also according to Self-Care Guidelines, no person or situation can defend avoiding it. Wellness comprises independent dimensions: emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, social, intellectual, and environment. It is essential to give attention to all aspect, and neglecting to any of the dimension will have to distress the others significantly, someone health, good fortune, and also the value of life. Though, these dimensions should be balanced likewise and aim at attaining the personal harmony of a person. We certainly have approaches, significances, and personal goals, while viewing how to live our life fully.
Relationship Between Three Dimensions of Wellness
There is a relationship between the aspect of wellness. These dimensions work respectively with each other intending to sustain the life of a person. Look at the physical wellness that helps in promoting the balance of nutrition, physical activity, and mental being by keeping the body from fatigue and physical stress. It is also involved in adapting to health habits and resistance to illness by avoiding minimizing risks behavior. Concerning emotional wellness prevention to health is a situation of understanding and accepting how someone feels either personally or independently. This involves self-esteem, optimism, and self-acceptance. The wellness is maintaining a good healthy life and care for each other.
Again, for social wellness, this entails the successful interaction with people in society while encouraging healthy sexual behaviors, friendship, and also full participation in the community. The relationship between these three dimensions of wellness is connected to bringing a sustained health status for people's life. Both physical and social welfare helps in creating a supportive social network and allowing people to develop specific skills thereby promising comfortable social situations. There is a chance of creating a boundary that motivates communication, conflict management, and trust, where we see the best advantage of physical and emotional wellness.
Personal Effects of Inter-Relationship
There is a lot of own affections towards this inter-relationship between the dimension of wellness. On physical wellness, there is variation in the cost of a regular basis and at the same time the cost of maintaining a good health situation. Still having too much or little is stated as an emotional wellness cause a lot of stress and responsibility on how to spend money. As we all know that money is the source of all financial crisis, it affects both social and physical wellness in the community. The potential in financial stability can improve the well-being of an individual, therefore, increasing the status of health behaviors. The main target here is keeping a persistent health situation to improve the lives of an individual in society. For example, having a balanced diet, exercise, etc. as better ways of adopting healthy habits, while escaping destructive habits like tobacco.
Personal Goal to Promote Wellness
The goal setting is always aimed at supporting and constructing a motivational background for a better understanding of your lifestyle. When setting up goals, it is essential to look at a large image of your well-being and health to build a clear vision of what you are targeting to achieve. After this, you will be able to set an appropriate goal for your choice. A SMART goal to promote wellness is by making exercise as a part of a routine. It is hard to get immediately to a regular practice after a long summer full of fun. Activities taken outside the class with a friend is useful in making close friendship and encouraging motivation as a daily routine. Attending these fitness classes is also a great way of improving your fitness, and you can recruit a friend or more to this routine.
Hence, it is better not to skip the workouts of the gym since this helps in keeping a consistent physical fitness thereby encouraging mental and physical health. I can agree with getting out for a kickboxing class in the leisure time while out of course with few friends. Also picking up a course of your interest is excellent and fits you for your schedules with a high aim of making a regular activity. Best of all, doing exercise together can build up friendship zones where you will be forced to go daily routine with your partner. It is possible to make it out along with your yoga, and then definitely you can go through anything.
