Devonish in this article investigates the relationship that exists between workplace bullying, job performance, and employee satisfaction by using the theory of Psychological Well-being. By using a cross-sectional survey research design, the author measured three aspects of employee performance that are the interpersonal counterproductive work behavior, individual-targeted citizenship behavior, and task performance. The study findings showed that workplace bullying negatively impacts job performance and the according to the author, it is the work of the management to deal with workplace bullying whenever it arises.

Branch, Ramsay, and Barker investigated what workplace bullying really means and the challenges that exist in its preventions. According to the authors, even though workplace bullying have had several theoretical frameworks and have been discussed, analyzed and defined for many years, there still exists a big difference in understanding the components and forms that it takes and more importantly how it can be managed. By conducting a deep literature review and drawing from the Affective Events Theory, the authors determine that there exists a huge gap in understanding what workplace bullying entails and according to them, this might be the reason why a solution to this problem has not been identified. This article provides great information when it comes to understanding what workplace bullying entails.

The wellbeing and health of employees are significantly affected by workplace bullying they might experience. The authors of this article claim that despite the common knowledge of the effects that bullying in the workplace brings, few interventions have been enacted. By conducting a systematic review, the authors investigated the impact of various interventions to control bullying in the workplace. From their study, the authors noted that organization level and multi-component interventions have a positive effect when it comes to countering effects of bullying in the workplace. This article has great and practical information on the most effective interventions of workplace bullying.
