Introduction
According to nutritionists, Khalid is required to adjust his diet to fit that of his condition as a way of controlling his weight and checking on his blood pressure levels. The menu presented to him was favorable to his , and he did not have to change but just adjusting to suit his health. These food were as a result of research done by Ayesha Al Aldhaheri who is a university lecturer in the food and nutrition department. She picked up seven kinds of diet from the Emirati traditional cuisine and classified them to help control lifestyle diseases and help us live longer by eating healthy.
The University of United Arab Emirates researched the seven foods which had low GI which are kebab bread, kheer bread, beef hares, chicken biryani, placemat, khanfaroosh, and habba hamra. The following six had been found to have a medium glycemic index, and these are; fish macbous, chami, khabisa, batheetha, Arabic bread, and balalet. The following five were found out to have a high glycemic index that is; muhalla bread, arseyabread, thareed bread, and regag bread.
In addition to the foods that were found out to have a high GI load were seven, there was also the foods which had medium and low GI rates and these were six and five consecutively. These findings were used to plan the dietary habits of patients who are at risk of having a heart failure or diabetes. The research was undertaken to show that in as much as Khalid should watch the GI levels of food he should as well watch the fat content of the food that he will be eating.
Studies conducted by the university concluded that according to Emirati dietary, foods with higher GI tend to raise the blood glucose level more than foods with medium and low GI. It was also found out that the kind of stove one uses to bake the bread also affects the amount of GI in the bread. Even Khalid should not eat bread baked with white flour or a lot of sugar as this will raise his blood sugar levels up and cause a stroke.
Khaleed is advised to consume foods according to proper ratios as some of the foods with low GI can result from increases blood glucose level when a large amount is consumed. Meals such as khameer should be served in small proportions as they tend to have a low GI but can increase in sugar levels if a lot of it is consumed.
Some foods can be measured to have GI levels but their fat contents are high, and Khalid should be warned not to eat such foods as the fat contents will build up in his adultery and close the arteries which can result to a stroke or death.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the test results of Khalid has suggested that he should quit smoking and change his diet to improve his health. The foods recommended for him were chosen from the traditional Emirati cuisine from idle east and were classified according to their Glycemic index from the higher GI to foods with a lower GI. The foods suggested for him should also be proportionately served to balance the body sugar levels. It is also advisable for Khalid to be physically active and socialize with people.

- During American civil war, the North had historically been identified as states that were free and ones which opposed Confederacy and slavery. The struggle against secession as well as slavery obscured the reality. As early as 1796, the terms South and North were used as a warning against dangers of political differences which existed bringing forth prevalence of unions in the North more than the South. In the North, West, and Midwest states, development was majorly characterized by a system of agricultural diversity, commercial vigor, and free labor. Towards the end of World War 11, labor and politics in the North West, and Midwest states were having a unionization rate of approximately 40 per cent (Timothy, 2006). The New Deal party was favoring formation of Unions unlike in the South. The party was also promoting formation and growth of bill of rights of the North economy and National health insurance. In the Southern, there was low unionization rate and also the political climate did not favor the formation of unions. The Southern reactionary politics had pulled the political economy of America to the right, hence becoming a barrier to the establishment of a social welfare style similar to that of Europe and also undermined the formation of unions and wages of unions in the South (Peter, 2017).
