It, therefore, calls for investors looking to invest in stock between the two companies, to opt for AT&T as the better option. The two companies have equal advantages in the access for investors. AT&T, however, has implemented a more serious strategy by its attempts to buy the Time Warner Inc. In case the move succeeds, TT&T will become a media powerhouse as well as full-fledged telecommunication company. The strategy will, therefore, allow the company to offer internet services and TV across the United States.
Verizon has also made headlines in the news by buying Yahoo for a price of $4.5 billion. The segment recently purchased will constitute the Oath Inc as a subsidiary to offer digital content. Regarding coverage, both companies have public access. Verizon, however, took the first initiative to reach a wide area within the United States. Besides the phenomenal acquisitions by the two corporations, both companies are constructing the future generation of the wireless network to boost its infrastructure. As at now, Verizon is making more significant strides in attaining the wireless network and development of the 5G technology.
Both AT&T and Verizon offer similar pricing in their devices. The companies offer devices to their customers in a two-year contract where payment is made on a monthly basis. The good thing is that they do not charge interest. With AT&T, the paying period is spread within 30 months where payment is made starting with a deposit of 15 dollars where the buyer is allowed to upgrade their device after 24 months of pay. The owner is also entitled to trade the phone. Verizon does not require any deposit as an activation fee as well as other complications such as divided instalments that makes it a better option regarding device allocation to customers.

When it comes to picking the best company between the two, it becomes a challenge to pick the winner. Both companies, offer high notch services in cell phone network plans. Verizon however seems to be ahead of AT&T in various categories although the two companies have fierce competition. The companies compete in prices, data coverage, and many data options that offer a variety of options to the user.
