Introduction
A client with coronary artery diseases is at risk of contracting venous disorder. It is because of the disease results in narrowing of blood vessels that supply nutrients to the heart. The accumulation of deposits and plaque within the blood vessels reduces blood flow to the heart. At the rate, venous conditions are likely to occur. The vessels become abnormal, and their functionality disorients. The veins become narrower, limiting sufficient oxygen flow. Similarly, the tight blood vessels as a result of the disease may result in blood clots and swells. Lumps and swells may lead to venous disorders (Kowalski & Rosdahl, 2016).
An imbalance could have several effects. For instance, electrolyte imbalance would disrupt the regular heartbeat (Kowalski & Rosdahl, 2016). The heart's rhythm serves the significant role of blood flow. The entire body tissues depend on the pumping of blood for the supply of oxygen and nutrients. An imbalance in the electrolyte could result in disruption of the regular rhythm and beat. An imbalance in the acid-base causes depression state, a concept that Kowalski refers to as Acidosis, a fall in pH results to decrease in a heartbeat interrupting efficient blood flow (Kowalski & Rosdahl, 2016). However, a rise of pH above typical results to an abnormal heartbeat. The result could increase in metabolic rate above normal. The effect could affect the entire body systems. The imbalance of the components, therefore, disorients the normal functioning of the heart, which in turn affects body systems.

- During homeostatic functions, the fluid within the blood sieve at the capillaries. The resultant is the interstitial fluid which collects via the lymph capillaries. It then travels to the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system transports the lymph back to the bloodstream. Interstitial fluid carries substances between the blood and the tissue cells. While blood supplies substances to the body cells and re-transports waste products to blood capillaries, the interstitial fluid acts as an intermediary. On the other hand, the lymph comes from the blood plasma. It exits blood vessels at capillary beds and becomes the interstitial fluid. The fluid surrounds cells (Kowalski & Rosdahl, 2016)
- Some people choose to have their blood for future use in case of emergency. They consider such because it offers the highest form of compatibility. Despite the severe screening before transfusion, implications, and impacts differ. Some people's body systems respond differently to different blood. Removing own blood for future like surgeries is thus recommended. People feel that their body systems will be compatible with the blood in case of use, and the impact will be very minimal or none at all (Kowalski & Rosdahl, 2016).

Plan of Preventing a Heart Attack
Advice eating a balanced diet rich in minerals and vitamins. A balanced diet will help prevent blockage and deposits of plaque within the vessels of the heart. Secondly, advice on weight control through a physical exercise to avoid overweight and obese. Similarly, checking cholesterol and having high blood pressure under control is recommended. Also, good nursing practice recommends avoidance of stress. Instead, relaxation techniques like yoga and deep breathing are relevant to prevent heart attack. Finally, from the experts' viewpoint, the limitation of alcohol consumption is essential (Kowalski & Rosdahl, 2016).
To assist I.H in his speech difficulties, I would acknowledge his speech and demonstrate that I positively understand what he is trying to imply. The move essential in giving the patient and morale of acceptance. Also, I'd encourage the patient to talk rather than taking over the speech when he is struggling. Patience is also another element I'll give the patient when expressing the views.
On attitudes, I'll recognize his significance among the family members. Regardless of his state, he should participate in the decisions of the family. It is essential because he will understand that he's still a valuable asset within the family setting. Furthermore, I will counsel the patient to accept the condition. The acceptance will enable him to understand that all family members mean well for him.
Also, to help the family cope up, encourage the family to build support groups. The support groups with friends will provide a platform where people will talk freely about their feelings. The free talking will ease off stress among the family and enable them to understand that the state of the family is not permanent. Also, the programs will be a sense of awareness where families seek solace (Kowalski & Rosdahl, 2016)
Response to 'Blood and Lymph Disorders'
Malfunction of the types of white blood cells could result in disorders. The disorders include Neutropenia, which can either congenital or acquired. Kostmann Syndrome is another disorder as a result of a malfunction. Also, it leads to persistent infections, skin abscesses, and mouth sores. Due to a weak immune system (Kowalski & Rosdahl,2016). A low white blood count is a result of a viral infection. The infection disorients the work of the bone marrow temporarily. A little blood count reduces the body's resistance to diseases.it makes the individual susceptible to outside contamination. The lower the white blood count, the higher the chances of acquiring infection (Kowalski & Rosdahl, 2016). Different signals characterize the lack of sufficient platelets. They Fatigue and tiredness, bruises at the slight bump, small boils on the skin and bleeding in the mouth, nose, and gums (Kowalski & Rosdahl, 2016).
The condition limits strenuous exercise. Support necessitates meeting both the emotional and health needs of the child. Advice the child to engage in other activity that does not pose a threat to the condition. It can be drama and public speaking under a calm atmosphere that accommodates the state. Proper guiding and counseling to the child would help in understanding the condition and attain self-acceptability. Discussion with the mother and child will include talking of the health status under which the state exploits itself. Also, control measures to prevent frequent occurrences of the condition will be the topics. In the care plan, the mother will be at the core. Periodic assessment of the child will help determine the presence of any causal stimulants of the condition. Support will include allowing the mother to have a particular visiting schedule to the child daily. The move gives the mother a chance to monitor the child during the light activity under a controlled atmosphere. Finally, encourage the mother to ensure the recommended medication is under administration.
