The dominant factor that determines the creativity level of an individual includes the generated product, the person, place and the process involved the actual production. The focus on the process has been expounded by professionals and psychologists as the cognitive approaches resulting from creative thinking and thought mechanisms. People have different levels of creativity because they possess varying types of creative thinking. The creative people have divergent thinking skills while the less creative individuals possess convergent thinking.
