Abstract
Diabetes is a disease that involve problems with the insulin hormone. Typically, the pancreas releases insulin to help your body store and use the sugar and fat from the food you eat. Diabetes can occur when the pancreas can't produce insulin were called type 1, the pancreas produces very little of insulin that called type 2, or Gestational diabetes develops during pregnancy (gestation) and causes high blood sugar that can affect your fertility and your baby's health. Diabetes affects hundreds of millions of people worldwide and is among the leading causes of death and disability were called it the silent killer. As yet, there is no cure. People with diabetes need to manage their disease to stay healthy. People with diabetes must test their glucose levels every two hours to make sure everything is safe, by using devices with a tiny needle to draw blood from a fingertip. But the pain of this constant finger-pricking may drive patients to avoid checking their blood glucose levels and be negligent to do it.

Chapter One: Introduction to the Study
Introduction
There are many different devices of blood glucose monitoring. In the first generation of devices that are reflectance meters and qualitative, the second generation was smaller blood volume, less pain, and better accuracy. The third generation was invasive and minimally invasive. In the fourth generation, they will develop to be a better non-invasive monitoring.
Statement of the Problem
The people with diabetes have a big problem that can affect their life which is (Hypoglycemia) when your blood glucose levels go too low and (Hyperglycemia) when your blood glucose levels go too high. Especially when they are asleep, and no one can monitor and measure their blood glucose.
Aims and Objectives
The main aim of this project to develop and combine several devices of blood glucose that measurement and pump in one device.
- To investigate current devices situation in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
- To develop a national prototype.
- To test the prototype or new design.
- To provide new recommendation and suggestion for the future work.
Research Questions

What are the major issues affect diabetes patients during sleep time?
Research Motivation
To help people live comfortably by controlling the rate of blood glucose, to avoid risk of complications and without worry about their life especially when they sleep.
Research Process/Methodology
It's quantitative because it's related to analysis and measuring results from a sample of the population of interest. Data will collect and analysis through questionnaires.
Also, it's qualitative because of understand the reality of the problem of diabetics who suffer from it and leave it. Data will collect through observation and surveys.
Steps to be taken in the Investigation - Detailed System As is The Dexcom g5 is continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) System is the first complete mobile continuous glucose monitoring system-sending glucose readings to your compatible smart device every five minutes.

2- Mobile Application: Remotely monitor glucose data, give the alarm and share the data
Investigation
First, have an interview with a diabetic's doctor and people with diabetes and patient family to investigate about current devices situation in Saudi Arabia or the middle east to know what is the advantage and disadvantage and what is the best and what is needed to get developed in the current devices are available in Saudi Arabia.
Second, design comparative studies in Literature reviews of the existing and in-progress device to be clear of what feature need to develop the best national prototype to develop and combine several elements of blood glucose devices in one device.
Then, take to approve from the ministry of health to test the prototype or new design to provide new recommendation and suggestion for the future work.
System to Be Develop the sensor to be a pump for the patient in an emergency when if the measures of glucose are high or low to have more control.

2- Mobile Application: View report, the schedule for meal and exercise, book appointment, view News, share the profile with contacts and give alarm.
