Introduction

India is an Asian country that is proliferating in terms of the economy. This success has been attributed to several factors. Some of these factors include the establishment of robust, independent and transparent public institutions such as the parliament and the judicially. (Sundaram, 2015). The two examples of public institutions have significantly led to the development of India because of the practice transparency in over sighting other organs and taking the necessary steps in case of misconducts and misappropriation of public resources.

Clear Property Right

Adding to the success story of India, clear property right has played a critical role in the development of this country. (Singh, Singh, Yadav, & Mohan, 2014). Its laws have given a clear definition of property ownership hence giving the essential protection of private property as well as protecting the public property from going into the hands of the wrong people.

Strong Judicial Independence

The constitution of India grants the judiciary all the independence as well as the power to discharge its mandate accordingly. (Melton, & Ginsburg, 2014). This protects the courts from influences from powerful politicians and business moguls of the country. The constitution also protects the judiciary of India from the executive authority which makes it able to make rulings without fear or favor from whichever side.

Education and Innovation

India is one of the best countries in the world in training doctors. It has a place in the world as it is in the list of the best medicine and medical equipment innovation. (Lal, 2018). The education levels of people in India are significantly high. Education influences the economic development of a country. Therefore education in India has a positive contribution to economic growth.

Communication Infrastructure

India has a well-developed communication infrastructure ranging from right signals for the radios and televisions. (Saha, Nandi, Paul, Shah, Roy, & Das, 2015). Phone network coverage in India is also good which fastens the communication. Internet in India has significantly developed leading to improvement in online businesses. Most households can afford communication gadgets such as radios, televisions as well as phones.
