Furthermore, cyber bullying has only recently received much attention within the spheres of psychology. Therefore, there are inadequate explorations on all the mechanism through which peers exploit technology to suppress their colleagues without necessarily having a personal contact or inflicting physical pain.

Due to the advancing technology, it is important to research on the implications of such innovations on the social fabric, in particular on the nature of relationships that peers establish. Subsequently, this will show the emerging trends in bullying among the youths that are aided through the cyber. Research should be conducted to develop the best approaches to restore the emotions of victims of bullying. Available research indicates that people who have a history of intimidation and victimization develop a negative mentality that affects their social and academic lives over an extended period.

From my point of view, various fundamental issues on the subject of bullying among the youths remain unanswered. First, while much attention is focused on the implications of bullying on the victims, the question on what factors predispose children to perpetrate the vice in the first place is not adequately explored. Second, there are a plethora of legal remedies for social problems, but the question of whether such laws apply to juvenile remains inconsistently answered. Third, the risk factors for bullying remain incompletely addressed. Some of the emerging issues include; what is the role of parents in protecting their children from perpetrating or being victims of bullying, what are the most appropriate methods for addressing bullying among the youths in social places without spring up a back clash? Can victims of bullying heal completely from the effects endured?
