Introduction

Criminal justice systems are chief constituents of any country or state's responsibility for enforcing the law on criminal activities. the Justice system comprises several entities that work concurrently to maintain order by holding law offenders accountable (Shaw, Van Dijk & Rhomberg, 2003). It is also in charge of the provision of convict rehabilitation. This system incorporates law enforcement, rehabilitation facilities and a judicial framework that work concurrently in order to be a productive entity (Hirschel, Wakefield & Sasse, 2008). In this particular discussion, the Virtual Criminal Justice Alliance possesses the responsibility and command to incorporate agencies that enforce the law, law courts, legal parties, and rehabilitation facilities in order to counter unlawful activities of the Very Bad Bike Club (VBBC).

The Virtual Criminal Justice Alliance was established to counter the VBBC, an unlawful movement associated with illegal activities such as possession of illegal drugs and firearms, robbery, attempted robbery, aggravated assault, and attempted murder. These unlawful activities demand all the agencies working with the alliance to come together as one in order to conduct legal proceedings of the VBBC members. The Virtual Police Department Chief Clayton Moore is responsible for the welfare and security of the community. In order to effectively and successfully solve the criminal activities in Virtual City, Chief Clayton Moore has to assemble all the heads of the entities that work together with the alliance. Initial attempts solve the VBBC problem have had several difficulties and complications due to the fact that these agencies worked unconventionally against the VBBC. Other than that, it was difficult to predict the VBBC's next moves. With each agency working independently, there was little progress to combat the criminal activities of VBBC. The legal teams, therefore, could not carry our legal proceedings without sustainable evidence.

Despite the fact that, the leader of VBBC Robert "Buddy" Pole carries on his duties of orchestrating the unlawful activities of the organization. This is effortlessly accomplished due to the low performance of duties from the parole department. Besides that, the VBBC has a strong organizational framework that was put in place to allow their operations to succeed even while in rehabilitation facilities. The low performance of the parole department and this strong criminal framework indicates that there are backdoors that incapacitate the Criminal Justice System in Virtual City. Therefore, a new effective method is needed to decrease the rate of these criminal activities. There must be defined conviction requirements and investigation methods that will be used to arraign arrested criminals. Traditionally, the main method involved arresting as many VBBc members as possible. However, this method has a minimal effect on the criminal organization. The alliance should devise a new method that will aim at eliminating the gang hierarchically from the top. This means arresting Pole's whole family. The agency should collect concrete evidence to build a case against Pole's family so the legal team can competently perform their duty of "prosecuting criminal defendants at the district courts" (Siegel, & Worrall, 2018). Communications between the incarcerated VBBc member and those outside of prison should be cut off.

The Court's role is to oversee matters of the law in an unbiased approach. The District Attorney is responsible for the coordination with the other agencies to make sure that the law is observed. The District Attorney works together with the police force to train them on how to handle evidence to avoid inconsistency. The Virtual Security Force provides security personnel, equipment. For this partnership to succeed local government and the community must work simultaneously to fight against unlawful activities in Virtual City (MacKenzie, D. L.,2006).

Conclusion

For the Criminal Justice System to perform effectively, there is the dire need to demobilize the unlawful activities of the Very Bad Bike Club. Each and every entity of the Virtual Criminal Alliance should work coherently with one another. This will diminish the chances of the Very Bad Bike Club from growing and accumulate more power within Virtual City. In turn, this will aid the alliance in reducing the rate of unlawful activities. The principal key would be to clearly define the responsibilities of each entity and give to them the jurisdiction that is required to deal with the current criminal concerns.
