Generally, nurses should be registered and earn certifications in their areas of specialization. Nurses do receive a standard set of accreditation through a body of "RN-BC," which stands for "registered nurse board-certified." The category of Nurse Practitioners must specialize in the patient population. National organizations provide certifications. My interviewee is licensed with an advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) certificate, which entails the services to patients who need attention. Besides, my interviewee added that nurses registered with ARNP could further specialize and disclose to the field of specialization.

Skills needed for an individual to be a nurse practitioner are shortlisted below; significantly, a person has skills of compassion such that to render humane actions to the individuals in need, leadership is a skill also required for adequate service provision, a nurse should also have self-confidence in what they do and as well be analytical in their operation. Through this interview with Dr. Theresa Benenati, I have gained a lot regarding the nursing department as a whole. Initially, I would not have distinguished different nurses with their roles and fields of specialization. I understand a nurse can specialize in the area of their strength and deliver services effectively. Secondly, I learned that nurses certified by respective boards and license awarded that they are qualified to attend a patient. I have also been motivated by the field of nurse practitioners to be specific Family Nurse Practitioners do receive good pay from their work. Lastly, I vividly understood all that is needed for me to make my dreams a fact I need to exclusively work on my academics, particularly on my sciences, mathematics, and English, to improve my communication.

In conclusion, primary health care is a broad area concerning our wellbeing. Technology has contributed a lot such that illnesses are diagnosed even at earlier stages with close monitoring through the nurse practitioner. Personally, with the experience, I have encountered this interview, I have been aspired to look forward and be a Family Nurse Practitioner whose field of operation is not limited by gender or age. Serving a patient is my joy, and by that, I get the energy to keep me moving to more excellent opportunities. By this, I purpose to gear up towards my career.
