Due to lack of effective economic activities, the rate of poverty has gone up. Hence, a large number of residents are still stuck in poverty (Siemens et al., 2017). Thus, they have suffered from a lack of quality food and access to other basic materials. When roads are poor, residents and the government incur a lot of cash as they try to facilitate the movement of products in various parts of the city. Additionally, the government is not able to engage and implement its policies in various parts of the region. Transport is a key aspect in the development of health care as it assists in the movement of various services in the sector (Bencomo, 2009). Therefore, a poor road system in the city affects how residents access health care services. This is caused by a lot of delays, which is caused by various road points. For the past years, the government has embraced health education. However, the approach has been affected by the lack of an effective transport system.
