This is because in public colleges, the majority of students there are from humble backgrounds who would not actually finance for tuition and other necessary learning materials required from them. Having the colleges to finance all this would ensure that more students get enrolled to do careers that fit them. It may also improve the levels of innovation in the societies, with the funds uploaded in each and every student, a student may decide to take on a loan to help in financing for all the educational requirements in condition that the money will be paid immediately after job securement, this effect has led to eradication of inventive and innovative ideas, because, most of the learners use their salaries while they are still fresh from colleges to pay back, and because its periodical deductions, one may pay the money for a longer or shorter time depending on the amount of salary earned and the monthly deductions. If the students could be made free from such payments, it would make it easier, for students to advance their education immediately after graduation from the college, this would finally lead to inventive and innovative ideas that would help in addressing the societal concerns in the name of nation-building.

It would also allow students to participate a take only those careers which they are best in, or even use trial and error method in order to obtain the best (Yuan, L., & Powell, S. J. (2013). The trial opportunities would not be possible if the programs are applying costs on them, especially for the low-income earners. The economic development would then be hindered since not all the correct people with capabilities are released at the end of the graduation. Offering enough financial aid for books and tuition may help each and every student to only take a course that he/she is convinced to do, this may trigger faster development in an economy as there will be more experts to handle various issue affecting the society.

The financial assistance to college students would also allow for more students to join colleges. Many individuals always have the potential to join schools, do various programs and become so productive to their communities and societies as well (Barr, N, 2004, pp. 264-283). This can not be achieved when the country is flooded with full of illiterate persons, with their existence, theft and murder cases would be inevitable characteristics and problems facing that country, this is imitations to development and the effect can be eradicated by simply giving everyone a chance to join institutions, get the knowledge and do all that they can in the best way.

It would also be necessary to finance for the tuition fees and the money paid for books in order to give students, maximum hours of attention in class, recently, many students have been seeing collecting deferment forms and writing the main cause for doing as, to look for money for paying tuition and the necessary materials needed for learning like books, the activity leads to a wastage of time and gives students little time for concentration as well. If these funds can be offered to make the process of learning in the colleges totally free, it would be easier for students to concentrate fully on their books when their minds and fresh and uninterrupted (Barr, N, 2004, pp. 264-283). This may finally lead to the attainment of good grades that can open ways to good job opportunities, regardless of the student's socioeconomic status, at a personal or family level.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the additional expenses needed from students in the colleges have got diverse effects on both social and economic levels. Economically, lack or inadequate number of well-trained individuals would result in poor development of the society, community, country, states or even continent as a whole. Socially, if youths can fail to meet the financial standards required for one to join a college, the majority end up in social crimes like theft and murder, and this may lead to their deaths by mob justice and jail by the security agents if caught. It must be noted that schools do not only provide knowledge to help in finding jobs but also help in giving moral lessons which help in shaping youths to become responsible once they come out of the school environment. Free education is thus an unavoidable trigger of development.

Education gives us an understanding of the world around us and offers us an opportunity to use that knowledge wisely. To gain respect from society and to lead a happy and prosperous life, one should be educated (Everyday power team).
