Introduction
In the current 21st century, discrimination in terms of gender and race are the commonest among all other areas of discrimination. To begin with gender, many women and men are denied access to individual facilities in various offices and working environments due to the difficulty in making close and well-integrated communication (Moss-Racusin et al.). For instance, I have witnessed most aspiring women for presidency positions being failed with no reason, but only because of a mere contrary assumption that most men have that women cannot be good leaders. In some sections of the United States of America, blacks are also still discriminated, and some whites believe that blacks are incapable of being creating and innovative enough to assist them in the development of the nation. In both of these instances, it is high time that humans realize the essence of having a fair deal for everyone and creating equal chances since the power of unity can lead to diversified ideas, among which many inventions and innovations can be created regardless of the gender or race of an individual (Creasap).
This particular zine will be presented in a word document format and was created using the available online resources that discuss the zine project. However, to be able to distribute it effectively to other classmates who wish to view the document, it can be made in a printable source and established as an article on one leaf page. This will make it easier for other people to read the zine. Second Part
The race is the classifying of people according to physical and social qualities which are alike into groups commonly seen as discrete by the world. In short, it is the categorization of human beings. While ethnicity is the fact of which someone belongs to a communal group which has the same national and cultural custom.
Minority groups are referred when any group of people and due to their features, which are either physical or cultural are cut out from the society whereby they stay for differential and unequal handling and therefore they see themselves as things of joint discernment. The word minority can also be called subordinate and this is usually where there is a dominant group and this is the group of majorities.
In this situation, we are not considering numbers when we say the minority or the majority because there are situations in which where the people are many and that might be the minority group and vice versa. It is the lack of something that causes groups to be the minority for example in South Africa the blacks are many and yet are oppressed by the white; lack of power.
Scapegoat theory it was developed firstly from Dollard's Frustration-Aggression theory, states that the dominant group usually uses aggressive force unto the subordinate group which makes them suffer. In history, we see that there is a lot of scapegoating towards the minority group. Many countries make laws which favor the dominant group; this is seen in many countries which have immigrants and let the dominant group scapegoat the subordinate group. In the United State, many immigrants have been scapegoated. The following affect the race and ethnicity of people.

Segregation in different ways and lines people are separated. Segregation is seen in different ways that are sex, age, income, language, color, taste, and accidents of historical events. Segregation is classified in different ways; economically, communication and even choices that show discrimination. Segregation is brought about by discrimination. Segregation of color is mostly seen in the United States.
The rules in the united states are the same for the whole people in the country but when it comes to making decisions the blacks are highly discriminated. The cops often tend to harass the black men when they catch them and sometimes it is for no reason and these kinds of behavior separates the whites and the black causing unnecessary hate hence segregation. Even the president does not want the presence of Africans in his country.

The dominant group as we have seen earlier is the majority group and uses force on the subordinate which is the minority group and the numeric value is not used in this situation. Take for example the United State where we can say those in power are the dominant and the subjects of the government to be the minority. Since the government has all the powers it tends to be hash to the people which is mostly the black in this case.
Though the dominant group has the strength to be aggressive to the subordinate it should not be doing so and should be just and fare according to its rules and the way that they execute their decisions. The dominant group is the one that should be making sure that they live together with happiness and that there should be no kind of discrimination.

Wealth is an object that can make to parties be good friends or be great enemies. Hence wealth is another thing that affects the race and ethnicity of people. When a person is in possession of social money where it is supposed to be divided where there are different race and ethnicity the person tends to favor those who are of the same race and ethnicity as him or her which will become a disadvantage to the others.
When it comes to wealth you will find that either one race or ethnicity has it, usually, there are no many ethnicities which have it, this is because those who initially had money only help his people and introduced them to business which provides enough money living the others behind. Hence the government should offer jobs to all the people regardless of their race or ethnicity.

Slave codes started early in the European nation that is France in 1699 to 1769, Spain in 1769 to 1803 and the United States after 1803. These countries did not see it as slave codes but as laws and each and every one of them had different thoughts on the rights of the slaves, hence the difference of slave codes where there was slavery. In other countries, the slaves were not allowed to own things and this was legal.
These nations got slaves from Africans and hence it was discrimination, if they wanted people to work for them without being paid, they should have taken their own people and let them work out of love. People should not be subjected to hard labor either being paid or not one should take time and consider themselves in the same situation.

The minority group is also known as the subordinate group which usually is harassed by the dominant group. This is through many ways; they can not be offered jobs, they are subjected to hard labor, decisions are made and usually do not favor them and the cops are extremely harsh when arresting these people even when they know that they are innocent, for example, the United States.
Situations like these are seen in places like Crenshaw and along time ago Compton was run by police officers and to make the matters worse they were not even sincere to their jobs. A minority group may be classified by different things and mostly it is by race, skin complexion and even ethnicity. Minority group does not have much say in the society hence they tend to suffer a lot where else there are innocent.

Stereotypes are the ideas that and the images of a person which no one can change whatever they are told or whatever someone else thinks. The dominant group has a picture in their head whereby they do not see the minority being in power and just seeing them living low living conditions. They never see their own people in such conditions in the future or in the past.
Stereotypes are what drives these dominant people to be harsh on the minority people because they think that, that is how life should be and do not see anything odd with it because they are used to it that way. These ideas stuck in people heads is which causes people to be submitted to hard conditions which are not fair at all, they should try and exterminate these pictures in their heads.
