Therefore an argument has been laid that explains the intention of CIA involvement behind the assassination of the president JFK. The main reason why John .F. Kennedy was assassinated is that he refused to provide the support of the air to the Bay of the invasion of pigs, he also planned to decrease the budget of the agencies by 20%, and lastly, it was believed that President Kennedy was weak on communism.

In 1963, John. F. Kennedy who was the 35th president of the United States was assassinated in Dallas, at Texas. Different conclusions were derived by various government agencies regarding the assassination of Kennedy. And the conclusion s that was being derived it was relying on the results that were produced by the police dictabelt on their forensic analysis. The assassination of JFK was a planned deed from some prominent business people among others.

When he was going to be assassinated, president JFK had a trip with his wife, Jacqueline Kennedy. The intention of the trip was most likely to bring forth the Democratic Party which was feuding together in the state that was very important to the chances of reflection of Kennedy in 1964. The president was warmly welcomed to Dallas by San Antonio and Fort Worth as well as the Houston, and he spent a night in Dallas (Belzer, Richard, and David 15).

In the next day, after John. F. Kennedy had made a conversation in the hote3l front where he had stayed overnight. They did all they could and decided to move to the airport. At around 12.30 pm some gunshots were heard unfortunately a bullet passed over the President Kennedy's neck. Another sho is hitting his head at the back. JFK was quickly rushed into the nearby hospital for some treatment, but the efforts of the doctors did not prosper; thus his death was declared at precisely 1.00 pm.

Garrison Jim said that the anti- Castro extremist and the anti-communist which were found in the CIA planned Kennedy's assassination. The reason being that they could retain tension with Cuba and the Soviet Union and also to resist the withdrawal of the United States from Vietnam. James Douglas, on the other hand, wrote that the CIA killed Kennedy by acting on the conspirator's orders with military industrial complex. In the process of assassinating JFK, the CIA set up the Lee Oswald Harvey to be as a patsy.

Thus Douglas claimed that just like Garrison that the death of John. F. Kennedy was as a result of him turning opposite from the cold war and by him making the way of conquest of nuclear, the Fidel Castro rapprochement and lastly by not attending the war in Vietnam.

Later after the burial of JFK, the FBI avail files summing up to 40,000 in the year 1977 talking of the Assassination of John. F. Kennedy. The files also included the deputy directors Cartha DeLoach memorandum that was made in less time after CIA plans to murder Fidel Castro was learned by president Johnson. Therefore the different documentaries which were two in total were made by John Hankey, the director. The documentaries contained the theories of conspiracy which were called The Dark Legacy and The Dark Legacy II (Barrett, David 732).

There was a researcher known as the Gaeton Fonzi who was hired by the committee of the church to find more about the assassination in 1977. Thus the researcher's main focus was on the Cuban anti-Castro group which were the exiles and their links with their CIA and also their links with Mafia. Through the research, the conviction became to Fonzi that the assassination of President Kennedy was connected with Philips who played the critical function towards the action (Tracy, James 54).

The researcher Fonzi again concluded that Philips had also tried to embellish the Image of the Oswald as the sympathizer of the community as part of the assassination plot. Not only that but also that Philips orchestrated the availability of the impersonator of Oswald in the city of Mexico.

Fonzi, there were some more possibilities that Oswald would strike the conversation randomly concerning the difficulties he had in acquiring the Cuban visa with the Contreras. The Contreras is described as a person belonging to the group of students and had the `Cuban embassy contacts in the city of Mexico.

The research indicated that in 1963 1st of October, the CIA gave the FBI teletype in regards to the Oswald visitation to the city of Mexico. There was a photo beside the teletype which had an image of a man and was identified as the Oswald and was not Oswald's image. In the same month the same year, the CIA made a record of the two telephone calls that was tapped. The phone call was said to be the Oswald making a call to the Soviet embassy. The transcriber of the CIA gave a note that Oswald was speaking in broken Russian.

On 23rd November 1963, which was the day President Kennedy was assassinated, the director of FBI know as Edgar Hoover gave a preliminary statement in regards to the analysis of the assassination. The announcement was; the CIA provided a piece of advice that on 1st of October 1963, an important source has a report that Lee Oswald made a phone call to the Mexico City embassy to get any message. Therefore the agents of Bureau who had interacted with Oswald in Dallas, have keenly looked at the images of the person who is referred to be Oswald and have listened to the voice recorder. The agents then gave an opinion that the person who was being involved in being Oswald was not him (Barrett, David 725).

Therefore, the researcher Fonzi concluded that there was a high possibility that the CIA would not give out even one photograph of the Oswald to form part of his trip to the city of Mexico documentation. The reason being that Oswald had frequently given a visit which was almost five to the Cuban and Soviet embassies where the CIA were maintaining the cameras which were for surveillance (Tracy, James 48). The Warren Commission findings and also other federal investigations findings have concluded that Oswald did not act alone and was also not pushed by others in the assassination.

Other research that was conducted gave out an argument that the behavior of Oswald was organized adequately as the part of an effort by the united states CIA to separate the small groups and do counterintelligence work in the countries of communists such as Cuba and Russia. And that Oswald engagement in the assassination of President John. F. Kennedy was not lieu that of an informant of the authority attempting to expose the plot and plan of the murder (Tracy, James 37).

Oswald defended himself to be an innocent man denying all the allegations and declaring g to the reporters that he was only a patsy. He again said that the photos that were going viral was fake and was not his. In not more than 48 hours, after the arrest of Ostwald, he was killed leaving behind many questions which were not yet answered and also increasing speculation by others as the cover-up evidence (Barrett, David 730).

To conclude, Jack Van Lannnigham who was the prison cellmate of Carlos Marcello the Mafia boss, said that Marcello declared and made a confession to him in 1985 as the one who plotted and organized the assassination of President Kennedy. Jack Van said that the FBI did no display the faith which was taped and he claimed that the FBI was possessing the disclosure.

Robert Blakey, the chief counsel for the committee Select of the House concerning the assassination of President Kennedy, concluded that mafia co9nspiracy in line with killing also involved Marcello. This was indicated in his book called "the plot to kill the president." And what was included was that mafia had all the opportunity and motive to needed to do the act (Barrett, David 735).
