The amendment passed was about the seat of the presidency such that those who could qualify for the seat were only the native citizens of the United States. This was against the democratic right of the citizens who cast their vote to choose the leader that they want to put in position.

It was because of a number of reasons that this amendment was made which affected most of the people so much. Apparently, people wanted to be ruled by the leaders of their choice but they did not have a chance to be able to choose a leader they liked yet he was not a native citizen of America.

The proposed amendment was such that people could not elected a naturalized citizen to the president seat because of the amendment made. This left out not just the people vying to become presidents but it also affected a huge number of the Americans which was almost 12.8 million of them (Seymore, 2005). The only people meeting this kind of requirement were only the native citizens. The person had to be an inborn member of the community of the America nation and not from other countries. They valued this thinking that there is someone that could invade their country and gain so much political power which then could lead them to rise to the president and later use this as the benefit they could have for the homelands where they came from.

They discussed the issue of loyalty brought about by different people and argued about native citizens remaining highly loyal than any other group. This amendment was such discriminating in that people were limited to the kinds of opportunities that they could get in the process.

The political science is concerned with the problems of an entire state and the historical background of the same. In relation to psychology, involves the patterns in government, changes that are revolutionary in the way that people think and have their attitude. Ethics also in the same category impact on the moral values instituted in form of the laws and policies created in the government that are able to bring changes especially in legislation context. Issues in terms of the politics are better solved when we use sociological setting to analyze. Political parties tend to draw lines and plan in their manifesto according to the economy of the particular nation. History in political science helps ideally in people getting to chronological order to come to a conclusion.

The amendment that happened to the constitution in the natural citizen requirement has had entire consequences on the people, the economy and the entire nation at large. This decision was the apparently the worst that made it the provision that was so discriminatory. It discriminates against so many people making a large percentage of the American population even those that have served in the high positions of the political seats and fighting hard in the wars on behalf of America yet they have been denied the position to become presidents because they were not born in the US.

The act of giving limits to the presidential eligibility such that the position is only available to the natural born citizen is a kind of discrimination against the citizens that are naturalized. This issue is outdated and totally not democratic. People incorrectly get the assumption that the nature of birthplace of an individual is related to loyalty. The globalization of the world has increased and consequently, these reasons persuade more.

The world through this globalization is becoming small and so are the cultures that become a little bit similar and this way, the clause of having the native citizens take the political seats has been done away with in the legal system of the United States. Most of the reasons for people to maintain the native citizens as a requirement for this position have their basis on emotions while others are rational. The birthplace of a person is not to determine whether they could be a president or not.

Talking bout he requirement of being a native citizen to be discriminatory is that I prevents people with higher qualities of being in certain positions to be in the seat but given the chance to native born but of low qualification. Thus, there is no equality promoted which is the core foundation and requirement of every law. This is to mean that in any constitution amendment and coming up with other laws, they should actually take care of the equality that will be brought out when it is implemented. No party should seem to be left out in the process.

The natives in general do not seem to support that a naturalized citizen should lead them, we could take for example that in case these citizens were asked if the amendment should be done away with, they would say no a response that fails to recognize the equal rights accorded to both parties. When they are already crowned citizens, they have equal rights in all respects.

This kind of discrimination for one type of citizenship does not only affect the individuals but the plight of the whole America (Eisgruber, 1997). Discrimination harms the country in a way such that it creates a divisional line that makes a separation between these two groups. Not only the citizenship in terms of birth places but also race, religion and allowing a naturalized citizen be able to s and other issues which also contribute greatly to the internal divisions in the particular country. Amending this constitution would greatly bring to an end one form of discrimination occurring in America and help ensure that people are treated right under the law.

This kind of discrimination has been there for quite a while now but the current state in globalization insists that there is no justification in acting in the favor of native citizens and leave out the naturalized.

It could the thought of our founding fathers that they feared the nation being taken over by other people so they did not allow such to happen but the kind of globalization that has happened has made such differences less. It has broken and still continuing to break these culture differences that occurred such that people all over the regions of the world are able to access information of anywhere, buy and sell goods and services in the countries of their choice as well as travelling and migrating to the country of your desire and this forms a small world where the market becomes international and people become multilingual that is a great contribution in people becoming similar (Amar, 2012). Although globalization has contributed greatly to minimizing these discrimination, it also contuses to it. The immigration happening to America thus leads to more people being discriminated.

A second reason is because this natural born clause is simply out of date. This is the same issue that comes along with globalization in the modern world that leaves these practices to the past. So many years have come to pass since this was drafted. In these years, so many changes have occurred in terms of travelling and the innovations that have been done technologically. This has made different people invest in various areas outside their own countries and creation of retail outlets. Despite the founding fathers living in fear of any kind of intrusion from the people, the current stability as received by the US hardly allows a citizen from another country to intrude and gain so much political influence and favor to the position of being a president and instead uses his seat to benefit people from his original homeland (Bickel, 1973). This way, they should just let a naturalized citizen get into the seat without having to look back at what the fathers looked since there has been a significant change in the developments and the state of the nation up to this far.

As earlier said, the place of birth is not related to the amount of loyalty you owe to your new citizenship. Presidential eligibility is just to give a mandate to the country people to choose a leader they think is the great among the ones vying for the seat. The leader that has the best measurable and achievable manifesto is most of the time the one selected to do take over the seat. Thus, it depends on the say of the people through casting their votes. The leader at any given time is to lead a country and thus the levels of loyalty accorded to this nation has to be great.

However, the place of birth of a person is not a determinant that a person will give their utmost in the leadership position they are to be elected in. to add to this, it is not the choice of a person that they will be born in a certain place. It is the plan of the Mighty One. Eventually, this clause on native citizen requirement does not make any sense because it suggests that a person's birthplace to be a factor for the loyalty of a person. At some point, people may consider that some time age, loyalty was a centrally located thing such that people owed loyalty to their own countries alone. However, it is not the same thing in the today's world where people tend to move to other countries together with their children and acquire homes in these areas which has to mean that they will have to pay their loyalty to this country they have moved into (Ervin, 1968). This increase in the movement of people going to different countries means that culture differences are lessened and that culminates in decreasing the effectiveness of using the birthplace of a person to determine the loyalty they are to give. In accordance to this matter, the native citizen requirement should be revised so that the naturalized citizens are mandate to also rule because their birthplace literally determines nothing about them.

There is apparently no democracy that is gotten from this amendment that was made. People refer to America as the land of opportunity. This s to mean that most people consider to have their way into the American embassies for the opportunities that come along with it. America is apparently a well-developed nation in the first class countries here it books its level among the top five most developed and thus, there are more opportunities that come along with going to America. People even go for further education because of the trust they have for the education offered here.

People thus move to America leaving even their families behind for the reason that they will receive better and fair treatment and the opportunities will come their way in equal measure just like the rest of the native citizens. Some even move for the sake of religion in that they are able to practice what they desire without any interference or retaliation. Thus, this entire practice of having people be limited to the number of opportunities that they have for a part of a given population simply because they are not native citizens is not in reference to the equality accorded to people in the US. The most important part is giving such a limit to eligibility of the presidents which is in total contrast with the attic concept of democracy as presented in the US. The democracy comes in whereby the government ensures that the rights of these individuals are taken care of by casting their votes for the candidate they want to have (Vile, 2015). Just in case the majority votes go to a candidate that is not a native citizen, they will be denied the chance to rule because of the constitution amendment. At this rate, when people are denied the chance to have the candidate of their choice is being so undemocratic. It is also the right of these citizens to vote for whoever they want so if it's a naturalized citizen, they end up being denied.

All through, America has been the one encouraging most of the other countries to adopt democracy and make it known to people that the need to have people exercise their freedom of speech, free press and adopt equality methods for each and every citizen, are the important things...
