Introduction
E-learning learners need to be motivated regularly while they are conducting their studies. The motivation of online e-learners helps in the provision of support at the right time in order to keep them in the right track while learning. Encouragement of learners can be of different types and styles under e-learning learner motivation entails the facilitator encouraging the students and being available to the learners giving help on the pastimes and being ready to show up when needed.E-learners desires is knowing that the facilitator is available when they are in need this paper will give ways in which the facilitator can motivate e-learners in the courses that he or she is handling.
Provision of Assignments Feedback on Time
Provision of feedback is important for both the instructor and the learner partaking any course. Provision of feedback by the facilitator is a connection between the learner and the teacher, it encourages the learner and motivates since through this the learner will identify the strength and weakness and at long-lasting become a self-governing learner ( Clark & Mayer, 2016).E-learner facilitator of an online course should provide feedback to the learner immediately.
The feedback given to the student should be at least on each work assigned. Feedback is a way of reinforcing students hence increasing their level of self-direction. Similarly,the facilitator of an online course should respond to any question or assistance needed within a maximum time of one day this encourages the students to focus and be committed since they know that their facilitator is caring.
Adoption of Different Styles of Learning
The instructor of an online course should adopt different styles of learning since different learners learn differently.Some students are learners who learn through seeing that is they can only understand once they have seen the concept being taught while others are learners who are auditory who prefer audiobooks and lectures.while others are tactile scholars who prefer doing the action of learning practically and excel when they do the learning practically. The facilitator should appreciate this diversity since it helps in the creation of a culture that is dynamic.
There are several ways in which the online quality assurance ensures quality experiences from online learning includes use of electronic security measures, policies, structures, and resources are given in assurance for successful teaching and learning process. There is the use of an expressed strategy that governs the adoption of new technology.
