In the position to understand magical powers and sorcery, Harry Potter is left hanging in the balance of emotional abuse, evil, enslavement, and traditional mythological beliefs. Rowling's main character is themed in the historic Cinderella fair-tale, but Harry Potter situation is more of parental abuse dark tale. In reveal on his magical ability on the morning of his eleventh birthday, Harry feels secure and protected in his new acquisition and his will to avenge his past misfortunes makes the possession of supernatural powers unfit for a child his age. Although, to the society, Potter can pass for a grown up because of his age and position in the community the responsibilities shouldered on him by the unfairness of destiny shows is yet to have full responsibility on his actions and control over supernatural fiction that he does not fully understand. In Rowling's narration in the essay offers very delicate situation of the modern child in the development stages in the contemporary world where the expectations and acquired beliefs conflict with what the children would pass for their rights, bravery and the rule of law. In the administration of their supposed justice, growing children in the society where the culture and socialization dictate otherwise find it very hard to adjust to their desire and social expectation. Learning through the experiences of Harry Potter gender disparity and emotional imbalance in growing teenagers cause them in conflict with themselves and the society because they fail to understand whether what they were taught when growing up and the profound knowledge they discover on their own making them hanging in the tread of uncertainty.
