Introduction

The political behavior is the political science condition to appraise and give explanations to the consequences of a person's political science definitions. It is the political and power involvement of an individual. The importance of the theory of survey response is to create the understanding of the value of citizenship, the governance and politics to get the public importance about research on political science. People have several discussions involving political affairs. We always have conspicuous arguments in our mind which decide or determine what we open up to the surveyors about our political desires. They are three analytical models based on three proverbs which are a response, accessibility, and doubt. Most people have conflicting deliberations on various issues which determine what they decide about the actions, these conflicting deliberations cause doubt. Human beings give feedback to the survey inquiries through what they have considered by balancing those that are conspicuous in the response time, the convenient proverbs decide where the eminence is. The convenience of any accustomed application bank on debatable examining actions where thought about applications are evaluated.

There are seventeen hypotheses derived from the three proverbs listed above. Scientists have been involved and concerns with the mass media effects on the citizen's beliefs and behaviors from the 1920s. Economic conditions were very favoring to ensure that Bush won the elections. Stanley and Niemi conducted a data compilation in 1992 that showed improvements compared to1932 with the GNP growth at 2% in the election year in comparison to 1.3 of the latter, it was the last time that a democratic leader removed a Republican from the presidential seat. Boom and unemployment were both low at that period and also lower than 198a after the win of Ronald Reagan who had won by a landslide. The recession had already finished twenty months to the election which was there from July 1990 to March 1991 according to the Bureau of standards. If the casting of data by the citizens was done the same way according to the economic status George Bush would have retained the seat. According to the voting literature it has been observed and proven that people reelect their leaders if the economic status is improving and their lives are getting better but they punish those that were in power and no change was achieved or the economy deteriorated but removing them from the seats they occupy by electing new candidates who have better manifesto.

Conclusion

The conclusion is that when people are evaluating the political assumptions they greatly involve their decisions around the economic status of the country. Wrong approaches towards these evaluations can lead to the election of wrong leaders. According to the book, the United States of America citizens didn't follow the common theory upon electing their leader in 1992. The mass media play a very big role in deciding and shaping what the public view on political issues. The assumptions of the public determine the political development of a country. The authors employed two types of surveys by asking similar questions. The citizens were supposed to stop and think and reflect on the questions before answering them instead of just asking direct questions that need direct answers to get the thoughts that crossed the thinker's minds when evaluating the question.
