There is a great to educate people to ensure that they have healthy body instead of struggling to maintain a particular body shape which in return result in eating disorder. From the past discussion, it has been evident that eating disorder is more of psychological problem where people think the solution is by controlling their diet. The eating disorder also results due to the family lifestyle. For example in our home we never used to take meals more frequently, this made my appetite to low which I have never been able to understand as it becomes my eating norm. It should also be noted that people have a different preference for particular type of meal, which may be bad or good for our meals.

In most cases, the society can be blamed for portraying individuals with slim body figure a reflection of having good health. This result to big pressure the young women to do anything possible to achieve such body size perceived to be good. If a person perceives him or herself to be fat, he or she will continue to believe that regardless of what other people may think about him or her. From this, it can be stated that the disorder starts from oneself. Most of the people do not want to accept themselves, and hence they struggle fighting to look like their peers. People should, therefore, be encouraged struggle in shaping their body shape but ensuring that their body is health.

Self-acceptance prepares one's body and mind in making the necessary and positive adjustment. It should be noted that dieting has not achieved much in the treatment of obesity. Therefore, the people with the big body should be seen as individuals who have failed in controlling their diet. Some of them are very comfortable with their body size.
