Introduction
Racism has been condemned in all countries of the world. Many countries take serious actions, fines to people found to have performed racist behaviors. The South American continent has many cultures and races in several countries with high numbers of immigrants due to globalization. The expression of racism that is conveyed in sports shows that the discrimination of the afro-descendant humans remains very deep-rooted. In Spain, the year 2014 during a match between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid a fan threw a banana to Daniel Alves who is of Brazilian nationality, he collected it a bite it. Spain and Brazil are both from South America but because Alves is black the fan showed a racist gesture towards him. Most Brazilians are tagging themselves as afro-decedents from the year 2000 which states that if even the Brazilian that is called brown is added to the math 50% of the citizens are from the African descent (Ilya,2018).
According to these findings racism, the most affected theme is the arts and cultural change. Most countries are becoming cosmopolitan and the increase in immigration due to sports and intermarriages will eventually decrease the racisms in these countries. The mixture of cultures by an increase of immigrants makes some of the natives feel insecure and full of hate. Statistics show its decreasing day by day.
The action done by the fan is negative and was referred to as timid by the football world federation and fine was granted to the opponent team to give a warning about such incidents. The future status seems to be positive due to the actions being taken against racists and due to the high rise of immigration.
Migration
The term Venezuelan exodus came from the high numbers of people migrating from the country by crossing The Simon Bolivar International Bridge that links the country to Columbia. People crossing the bridge come from different regions but have a common reason which is the lack of sufficient food, opportunities, and violence. UNHCR in February 2019 confirmed that more than 3.4 million people left Venezuela through the bridge to neighboring countries (Matteini, 2018).
The most affected theme is an economic and innovative business. With most people migrating from the country the economy of the country depreciates due to the reduction of manpower and innovative minds which are taken to other countries.
This action affects some countries positively and others negatively. In this case, the country which people are migrating from will be affected negatively while others that people are migrating to may be positive or negative because there might be the creation of manpower and new businesses as well as the rise of refugees.
Poverty
In 2016 there was a 30.7% rise in poverty in the Latin America population. The rise in percent increase steadily in the following year. ECLAC launched in Mexico a social paranoia report to establish the social monetary poverty estimation in the country (Muller, 2018). According to Barcena, income rise in households that have the least resources has been essential in reducing income inequality and poverty (Baxter, 2018). This has been triggered by the countries policies to reduce poverty like tax reforms, better income, and pensions.
The most affected theme is Economic Change and Innovation in Business. Reduction of poverty according to Barcena boost the economic growth of a country as people are able to be dependent on themselves and afford most basic needs. It also helps in the growth of businesses due to the availability of capital and able customers.
The growth of the economy is a positive gesture in the growth of a country and people's lives. Due to the policies to reduce poverty, there will be more positive growth in the regions and betterment of people's lives.
Corruption
Corruption in Latin America is deep-rooted in the political strategies and also the political structure. Private entities, public sectors, and groups of advocates have been fighting against corruption in the region but it still seems to plague. The corruption in these regions hinder the development of the countries and frighten investors as well as worsening the public trust (Frederick, 2018). There have been bribery cases in the recent past in Latin America and abuse of power and office.
The most affected themes are Political and Legal Change and Economic Change and Innovation in Business. Corruption makes incompetent people hold offices that they are unable to manage which leads to misappropriation of funds which affect the growth and development of a country.
Corruption affects the country negatively as less development and growth is achieved. Corruption gives power and employment to unqualified personnel who are unable to perform the required duties as expected. In future corruption still affects a country negatively.
Climate Change
The changes in climate changes affect the health of people as well as changes in the social and ecological system.in 2013 there was the outbreak of dengue fever that made more than two million Latin's caused by vector bone-related illnesses. Research shows that In Peru most illnesses are related to climate changes. The climate and environmental changes are mostly caused by industrialization and destroying of natural resources like large cutting of trees, releasing of chemicals to the air and in the rivers.
Economic Change and Innovation in Business is the most affected theme because when the climate changes are affected there is a rise in poverty due to illnesses, lack of enough rains that will lead to hunger, that will lead to immigration, death, and lack of manpower.
Climate changes are changing negatively, less action to prevent the negative changes are being implemented so it might continue in the future.
