Stress can make you do many things, and some people learn how to manage stress while others end up in the hospital with health issues. There are two types of stress, stress that is beneficial or positive and the stress that causes anxiety or health problems. The way stress is dealt with is the main factor to make sure that it has been eliminated for good.

Many types of research have expressed stress as a burst of energy. This is the type of stress that makes someone feel excited. It changes your hormones but it does not make you feel fear or threatened. When this kind of stress is used correctly can be beneficial. For example, stress can be an advantage when you use it to solve your daily challenges. Stress can act as a motivation to reach your goals and help in accomplishing tasks more efficiently. Stress is said to be a boost to a person's memory which can be significant on many occasion. Some people work well under pressure the same case applies when you are stressed you are able to respond quickly.

It has been proven that a little stress can cause health benefits. Scientist believes that some stress can help in fortifying the immune system of a person. For example, stress can improve the work of your heart and protect your body from being infected. In some surgical studies, people who are exposed to small stress before surgery are said to recover faster. Stress is meant to create a variety of reactions in the human body. Example it can help you react quickly especially when faced with danger such as jumping away from a speeding vehicle.

When faced with stress some people act abnormally and negatively. In many cases stress causes a person to worry too much and to have racing thoughts. Some people also find it hard to concentrate or to complete a particular task. Other symptoms of stress include; anxiety, anticipation, fear, and assessment if the importance of the event in our lives. Such stress is caused by a drastic change in a person's life like the death of a loved one.

When faced with too much emotional stress it can weaken the human immune system and lead to high blood pressure or depression. When emotional stress stays too long in your body, it causes health risks. Stress can cause abnormal anger or anxious making a person angry for little things or no reason at all. People who have too much stress sometimes have trouble falling asleep. It can cause a change in appetite, headache, body ache, and getting sick more often. When not dealt with stress can cause heart disease or other illness like an autoimmune disease.

Stress is a part of our life and it is inevitable. It depends on the way you respond to stress and how you handle challenging situations. There are several ways of relieving and managing stress. When it comes to managing stress, a person should learn how to share problems or communicate with other people. This will help to diffuse collected anger thus help in solving interpersonal conflicts. Working out regularly is also the best way to relax your mind and body hence minimizing stress. Some food can put you in a lousy mood increasing stress, so it is advisable to eat a balanced diet regularly. Sometimes to manage to stress a person only need to slow down in the daily activity and take a break. In comprehensive stress, the phycologist may use other approaches to manage stress. These include psychotherapy approach or stress management drugs.
