There should be a wall separating the store and the main service area, because this is where the rodents are taking advantage from.

Windows

Besides, there is a need to consider the designing of fireplaces. Currently the supermarket does not cook; however there could be possible accident caused by visitors, explosive or even shot circuiting hence there should be 16-18 Fire cylinders.

Clear maintenance plan listing all the key exterior elements and the type of maintenance

task involved:

o the list can be divided via either building element or via time frame (i.e. weekly,

monthly, seasonally, annual and five year tasks)

o for each task the building element should be identified with image and location and

the maintenance task involved.

o time frames of additional inspections and who should carry out the inspection should

be included.

A critical evaluation of how the proposed maintenance plan will reduce the amount of defects

and the benefits of preventative maintenance.
