Question one: Explain how you usually motivate your employees?

The administration has also given its workforce a purpose. The manager also cited appraisals such as job promotions and other rewards as key elements that keep its staff motivated.
Question Two: Explain approaches used in handling the concerns of the employees.
The managers response to this issue indicated that Costco Wholesale Organization had implemented different practices which enhance worker participation in the management of the institution. There are programs and forums supported by Costco Wholesale Organization where the employees share or communicate their grievances regarding the management. The company has assigned a department which is specifically meant to act as an avenue where employees can report their complaints. According to the manager, employees play an integral role in the productivity or profitability of an organization, thus highlighting the significance addressing concerns and issues associated with workforce amicably.
Question Three: How do you respond to low-performance levels within an organization?
The manager acknowledged that there are instances where the company was experiencing difficulties when it comes to achieving its objectives and targets as the result of deteriorating performance levels. The management embarked on implementing various policies to diagnose poor performances experienced in its operations. For instance, the manager alleged that the organization provided extra human resources as well as equipment (technological tools) that were meant to increase employees efficiency.

What do you think are the key components a within performance management plan?
The performance management plan (PMP) is the crucial tool which has been structured to facilitate the performance management process. Some of the key components of the PMP include resources, activity goals and progress checkpoint. The organizations resources can be in the form of time, expertise, and funds which are required to facilitate the improvement activities within an organization. The business goal is an area which encompasses operations and measures taken to improve on a given section of the organizational unit. This component ensures that the PMP team is focused on reaching its targets. The progress checkpoint is also another critical component of PMP. It is characterized with a schedule that is utilized in the evaluation of the progress made towards the realization of the outlined improvement activities.
Which Component is most challenging to implement? Why?
Amongst the different key components of the PMP, progress checkpoint is the hardest to implement. Under this phase, there is the need of designing a suitable schedule to facilitate the evaluation of the progress as far as accomplishing the goals of improvement activities is concerned. The organization will be compelled to come up with evaluation and assessment metrics that can be used to gauge the progress of an organizations performances. Under this stage, the assessment team will be forced to assemble information from different components of the PMP to facilitate the monitoring process. It is also not easy to structure the elements fo the schedule such as activities, checkpoints, and expected progress.
