The main method of character science is referred to trait psychology and its shapes someone in major proportions which define globally thought out ideas depicting the change among individuals. It is represented as ellipsis OCEAN.

Where, the first symbol represents "Open to understanding," opposite from being close-minded. The second symbol stands for "Carefulness," this is the difference of those with a broad lackadaisical approach to life. "E" then stands for "Extroversion," which is obviously in contrast to introverts. "A" represents "agreeable people," opposite of those people who are not agreeable and finally "N" stands for "neurotic people," opposite of those who are constant and all these shapes of our daily lives (Larsen 57)

The act of honesty and diligence are prime indicators of how to be successful in life and they achieve this through time meeting their deadlines, He also said that extroversion and agreeableness are both helpful with hardworking individuals, signaling out that extroverts according to him are more skimpy with respect to their personality. Extroverts look at things in a more positive manner in respect to introverts.

Extroversion is more significant and fascinating, which helps individuals understand the three natures according to Brian little. First Biogenic nature or neurophysiology, the second nature explains more about the cultural and social aspects of our lives. The third nature defines an individual also known as ideogenic nature that brings out the whole picture of extroversion and introversion. Precisely what describes extroverts is there urging for motivation, where they find all things in a more exciting way than introverts.

He uses an example that caffeine is more effective to extroverts rather than introverts in the human body perspective. The video also explains that extroverts communicate differently than introverts. Extroverts have a lot of social encounter with a more positive and close communication while introverts are shyer and individualistic in their communication (Morris 2015)

Conclusion

My brief reflection on this video is that Brian little tries to urge the audience he is addressing that it is very prudent to be extroverts rather than introverts. Personality science sets individuals in five dimensions that frankly speaking are what we all go through in life. This presentation has personally made me realize that we all have psychological symptoms that set out our lives including the extroversion and introversion in our lives and how it affects our interaction with other individuals in life.
