This paper will majorly focus on the role of these institutions towards health promotion as well as general human life in the society.
American Medical Association (AMA) is the oldest and biggest advocacy group established in 1847, and it represents about one-third of the American physicians medical. The AMA mission is to enhance the medical art and science to promote public health, to develop physicians and patients interests, to elevate public health, to solicit for legislation auspicious to patients and patients, as well as raising funds to cover medical education. AMA has taken strides in publishing the weekly Journal of the American Medical Association, which is among the most prominent and dominant American medical journals; it is also the host of other healthcare books and journals (("American Medical Association | AMA", 2017).
Some of the milestones which AMA are proud of are as follows:
Advocated the Federal Aviation Administration to necessitate the separation of the nonsmokers from smokers while in the airlines.
Campaign against discrimination amongst the AIDS patients

It fought against drunk driving since 1945.

Aetna, Inc. is one of the American managed health care company, commonly known for selling traditional as well as consumer-oriented healthcare insurance scheme and associated services, like pharmaceutical, medical, long-term care, Medical management, dental, Medicaid services, behavioral health, and disability plans. The organization serves nearly 46.7 million American people, assisting them in making decision regarding their healthcare together with their healthcare spending (Health Plans & Dental Coverage | Aetna, 2017).
Aetna's role towards the health services in America include:
Verities of the insurance as well as the employee benefits products
Providing information and tools to assist individuals to reach a better-informed decision concerning their healthcare plus financial well-being.
Offers program and services that will assist in regulating the increased cost as it strives in advancing the healthcare quality.
Last but least, is the American Bar Association (ABA), established 21st August 1978, is a voluntary bar of association of lawyers as well as law students that have no precise to any United States jurisdiction. The organization serves more than 410,000 members of USA. The primary functions for ABA are setting up the academic criteria for the law schools, together with the model ethical codes linked to the legal profession. According to the ABA 2008 mission statements, is to offer services to their members equally, the profession in conjunction with the public by safeguarding the liberty plus giving justice being as the national representative of the legal profession (American Bar Association, 2017). American Bar Association (ABA), goals and objective include:
Serving the members: providing preprograms services and programs that enhance members' professional development as well as the quality of life.
Eradicating bias and promoting diversity by stimulating complete and even involvement in the association together with the justice system by all the individual; and also, removing bias in the judiciary and the legal profession.
Promoting the rule of law through the increase in the public and esteemed for the rule of law, the role played the legal profession and process of law globally. Additionally, they are holding the government liable under the law; working for just law, such as the human rights plus fair legal process.
Your Excellency, I would like to conclude by making it clear to you that, the organizations that I have focused on this paper have the significant influence towards the progress of our country. The groups are known for championing towards a fair society, whereby every citizen get treated with the utmost respect that they deserve. I would like to declare my support for the effort made since their inception in the early 90's; I believe that if this organization receives support from your government, then the life of the minority and the disadvantaged in the country will be safeguarded.
