Introduction
On behalf of the community and the University, I am writing this to show my great concern on health issues and eating habit. First, I wish to thank you very much for the support your organization has shown over the years. Further, the organization dedicated to health and people cost of living. World Health Organization (WHO), does more than health provision, a recent report from the World Bank Group took your organization into surprise. It is unbelievable to note that 400 Million people are receiving poor health issues and 10% of them earning a low income. Towards this report, I have two topics to mention that come from the problems point out in the story, consecutively, some solution to point on as per the issues.
Malnutrition Issues
The "wake up call" that got the organization unaware, is something that has been happening for quite a long time. Poor nutrition has a close relation to income earning (low-income earners) since your institution helps the community to access the best health services, I strongly feel responsible for airing such conditions too. Poor nutrition includes consuming several types of food, which are poor in fiber, fatty, and with high levels of sugar/salt. A good working condition is driven by body activeness; unhealthy eating habits develop unwell-being and tiredness to our bodies. Such situations lead to fatigue, depression, and diseases like diabetes. Some parts of Asia and some Africa community a reported having the highest percentage of nutrition-related diseases. I think it is time to get to the root of the problem.
Junk Eating
Junk food nourishment is certifiably not sound sustenance to the health which each child and youngsters must know since they by and abundant love to eat lousy provender. Exposition on low-quality nourishment is a typical subject given to the school understudies amid article composing rivalry with the end goal to make them mindful about low-quality food. Here we have provided some simple and necessary shoddy nourishment exposition which you can pick by your need of words confine.
Junk food has gained popularity in most parts of USA; it has become a culture for many people. Annual food sales in the market rates to 160 billion dollars while fast supermarket rates 621 billion dollars, many people prefer fast foods and other snacks. According to the report you received it is clear that 90% of the 400 million people use junk food more often. This particular group does not have financial problems but are encountered with severe health issues. Processed food is related to chronic diseases, diabetes, obesity, and heart-related issues. These type of foods causes memory loss and suppress the activity of brain peptide. It is evident now that junk food causes dementia, when too much junk is taken into our body it eventually increases the level of insulin produced both in the brain and the by pancreases. Too much insulin causes the brain cell to retard their normal functioning.
