This creative brief seeks to identify core aspects of an instrument proposed by USAID called the Toolbox for Building Communication Strategies, an essential subset for healthcare institutions, individual stakeholders and other ideal proponents of effective communication in healthcare sector. Over the past 30 years, a quiet but dramatic change in the health education programs. It has been found that if medical errors were to appear in the National Center for Health Statistic's lineup showing the leading causes of death in the US, they would perhaps account for number 5 which indicates a higher level compared to other killer causes such as diabetes, accidents and Alzheimer's diseases, AIDs notwithstanding. Worse off still, communication failures are also one of the leading causes of failure causing sentinel events that were reported to Joint Commission of medical services between 1995 and 2004.
