Due to the business applications, knowledge about the environment of a particular country is vital when conducting business such as supply chain management and transportation. The utilization of technology in China affects the business organizations in a country and the way they use various techniques to achieve their set goals and objectives. The issues which are affecting the Chinese environment currently are the utilization of the natural resources, reduction of water, and gas pollution and control of the emission of the greenhouse gases. Pollution and contamination have increased impacts in the rural and urban areas. The growth of the urban population in China has led to the development of wage gaps and the inequalities in different regions. For example, the number of Chinese people who are living in towns according to the calculations made by the World Bank is 53% (Shi & Wang, 2011). The increased populations in China have caused the government to develop systems and create initiatives which would deal with the population influx. Also, due to pollution, the examination was conducted on Chinese water, and it was found to be unsafe for human consumption since it could lead to diseases among the Chinese populations. Technology has become vital to in China since there are increased persons who are using the internet to acquire information from outside the globe. 83.4% of the internet users in China have made the government ensure the urban infrastructure is keeping up with the demand which growth in population has brought (Khairullah & Khairullah, 2013). Therefore, organizations which understand the trend in the environment, technology, and their relationship are the ones which would be successful in integration into the Chinese culture.

The roles of individuals are laid by the confusion doctrine so that members in a particular relationship class can conduct their duties appropriately. There are five relationships in China which are the father and son, ruler and subject, husband and wife, senior and junior friends and the older and younger brother. The five relationships state how the society of Chinese is structured thereby understanding the complex duties which are played in a given area in China. The hierarchy was developed due to the complex relationship which was posed by the connection of people among the five relations. Subordinates in China are satisfied with the role they play in the hierarchy (Goldberg, 2009). The power distance in China defines the relationship which exists between the subordinate and the superiors thus making decision making decision making easier.

German Culture

Among the Germans, there are developing strategies which would help in controlling emission that leads to pollution of the environment. The government has established policies which govern against the protection of the environment from pollution and other dangers which make the life of people to be under risk. The strategies which are developed by the government are propagating business in Germany hence improving the economy of the country. The core of the German government is to create environmentally friendly policies. Compartmentalization tends to affect the working environment and other relationships in Germany. The Germans tend to isolate their aspects and make them become independent units (Odag, Wallin & Kedzior, 2016). This action makes the tasks to become compartmentalized leading to a layered and structured working space. Privacy and formality in the Germans workplaces are vital components which causes them to place various functions into specific entities.

The individuals who are in power in Germany are viewed to have various technical skills which help them inappropriate dissemination of services to their juniors. The technical ability among the Germans determines the person who is more powerful in the company thus making authority not to be upon the one who has stayed in an organization for a longer duration. Decision making in Germany is guided through the authority conceptions thus making this concept to change the Germans culture (Shi & Wang, 2011).
