It talks about the United States-Spain Treaty of 1819 which was in a desire to consolidate friendship and good correspondence which was supposed to prevail between the parties. There was a determination between the two parties to come to terms concerning their differences which were supposed to design the limits to the extent of the bordering territories. The reason for this writing was to ensure peace between the United States and Spain knew to his Catholic Majesty. The treaty was important for the United States to acquire possession of Florida.

The Missouri compromise happened in 1819 where there was the application for statehood by this territory when led to a big debate concerning the slavery issue in the newly created territories. The issue was solved in the form of two-part compromise in that the northern part of Massachusetts became Maine which then got admitted to the union as a free state during the time when Missouri got admitted as a slave state. In that case, there was the maintenance of a balance resulting in 12 slaves and 12 free states. The compromise was significant to set the children of the slaves in Missouri free.

The link is about a collection of slave narratives which was a joint presentation of the manuscript with prints and photographs divisions of the Library of Congress. The volumes that were published had narratives containing slaves according to the states they belonged. The entire project was to put to an end the cases of born in slavery by equal chances to access resources rather than being used. The narratives were derived from interviews with significant field workers focusing on stories of people who had been held in slavery and how the state took them.

The annual message was used to express the policies on very crucial issues that Jackson was to implement in his governance. In the message, Jackson expressed his desire to keep the government in the hands of the people which was to be amended in the constitution hence allowing for more popular election of the president and the vice-president as well. Jackson also proposed to have the favors off keeping the legislative power of the majority in the hands of the state. The significance of the message was to describe a scope of what his governance would address.

This describes the letter from Andrew Jackson to Captain James Gadsden which was in the year 1829 which was about Jackson's policy on Indian removal to the West. James Gadsden was the military commander that was responsible for carrying out the policy instituted by Jackson. In the message, Jackson states that he will adhere to the just and humane policy to Indians. The significance of the letter was to show the commitment of Jackson towards the policy.
