Introduction
The Reuters (Patnaik, 2018) reports about the move by Apple to build a campus in Texas that is worth $ 1 billion takes about the major consumer markets. For instance, California and Cupertino form consumer markets for the Apple products from China. An article was written by Lucia (2018) in the Reuters report on the underlying inflation firm and the U.S. consumer prices indicate that, despite the rising healthcare and rents costs in the US, inflation pressures remained firm. Moreover, there was a sharp decline in the prices of gasoline while the month November experienced a steady consumer price. The report further indicates that it preempted the interest rates will be raised by the Federal Reserve of the U.S during its policy meeting of December 18-19, 2018. However, the Federal Reserve might settle on few rates increase in the coming years, a view held by some of the economists. This is because of the tightening of the financial market conditions and the thumbing oil prices.
The Gulf news reports on the Green Economy, it presents an inaugural report that focuses on the future impacts and the growth of the green economy. For instance, the organizers of the forum were of the opinion that the report released on the World Green Economy summit will not only help the United Arab Emirates but also other countries to aid in the development of a new type of economic structure. For instance, the 2018 report inspires innovations in policy, finance, and business Baldwin (2018).
Diaa (2018) on its article on the rise in protectionism presents the views of the experts who are much concerned about the recession. For instance, it is predicted that it would be difficult for Dubai to recover from the financial crisis due to the rise in protectionism across the globe. The same article reports that Jack Lew, the former United States secretary was of the opinion that during the time of crisis, global cooperation is difficult as individual governments tend to neglect international matters and focus on domestic issues.
Nienaber (2018) on Reuters News writes concerning the German Upswing and the trade conflict. In the article, the strong domestic demand has enabled Germany economy to continue growing despite the temporary effects posed by the automobile sector and the difficult trade environment. (Nienaber, 2018). Carew (2018) writes about the optimism of investors on China trade as the Wall Street closes up. The author indicates that investors pulled back during the last minutes of trading as the U.S stocks closed on the 12th December 2018, despite the British politics reassurance and the trade relations between China and the U.S. Moreover, investors sounded optimistic despite the market volatility that existed before the deadline for the trade agreement between the U.S and China. In the two articles by Nienaber (2018) and Carew (2018), clearly, display the notion of economic forces at work. For instance, the government economic policies that have been put in place by Germany has enabled the country to be able to tackle hard economic times as it domestic demand has become its key player in the business. Moreover, investors in the U.S stock market have remained optimistic about global politics and various economic negotiations.
Conclusion
Form the above articles, it is clear that economic forces are at work such as the fiscal policies, inflation rate, and government policies. For instance, it can be noted that various governments are trying their best to ensure that the business environment is stable despite the various economic shocks that could be faced occasionally and presented in the various articles.
