Business English, focuses on words used in the business world while to some these are skills essential for communication in places of work and aims at the mode of speech required for business interactions which include meetings, reports and job presentations in the organizations. It can be taught to indigenous speakers of English like secondary school students waiting to join the business world and to other higher institutions of learning where one can specialize in it and gain a degree on the subject.

The business legal environment is the code of practice that explicates legitimate partitions for business enterprises. According to Martor, Pilkington, and Sellers (2002), each county agreed to give up national sovereignty to establish uniform business laws. The business laws comprised in the legal environment play an essential part in regulating the triumph of any business around the world. Some examples of these laws are the taxation laws, licensing requirements, employee's laws, locality laws, and the environmental laws. These laws impact the business environment in different ways discussed below.

Locality laws set to explain the type of businesses allowed in a precise location since some areas have restrictions on individual firms. Therefore, this enables a suitable job location selection when setting up a business. Taxation laws are essential since on generation of sales, returns are filed to determine the amount of taxes to be paid, Employee's laws enable an organization to follow proper steps in employing, denoting and paying employees. Environmental laws allow a business in ecological conservation in that if a company generates dangerous materials, it is for them to take disposing measures without polluting the environment. On the licensing laws, businesses have diversities on the licenses they need, and it is, therefore, essential for each enterprise to have a license suitable for it to enhance it run smoothly without disturbance from the law.

Conclusion

In conclusion, several challenges come along with legal compliances. They include An increase in cost brought about by tax and license payment, the involvement of third party risks since businesses in the same line look out for each other and administrative changes that lead to new rules that make it difficult for companies to adjust quickly thus making compliance difficult. These challenges impact the business negatively leading to the organization experiencing losses brought about by non-compliance.
